Servers/workers are rude & have no customer service. Phone order manners are nonexistent. Food is bland & overpriced. Basically paying for the location. Management needs to TRAIN ALL EMPLOYEES how to GREET, SERVE & TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS. Not coming back.

I used to love Spiral 5 years ago. I recently returned to this area for a visit and decided to try take out for the first time in forever. But I was heavily disappointed. This is actually the saddest bento box I've ever eaten. I ordered chicken karaage and received chicken teriyaki. The chicken skin was so chewy and gummy and hard to eat. The beef was so tough I could barely chew through each piece. They gave so little teriyaki sauce that it looks like a light drizzle over the meat. For almost $30 this meal was the biggest waste of my money.

I ate here for the very first time with my friend last Friday after work. I hadn't eaten here at Westlake Shopping Center in quite a while, so it was a real treat for me to have dinner here at Spiral. I ordered the Unagi Fried Rice because I really love eel. I don't remember what my friend ordered, but it came with fresh slices of salmon, tuna and octopus. We were both pretty hungry, so ordered us 3 orders of the California Roll Sushi (6 pieces per order), so we had 18 pieces of sushi. My Unagi Fried Rice was very moist and packed with flavor. My friend really liked his dish as well. The California Roll Sushi was prepared just right and we both really enjoyed them. The free tea was very nice as well. The restaurant was very clean, had a very relaxing atmosphere and not very busy when we arrived there. The servers and the manager were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place if ever you visit Westlake Shopping Center in Daly City.

We ended up here after the place we thought we were going to couldn't accommodate us. And it turned out to be the best experience. The food was good, my son is never compliments anything was super happy. Portion size and service were all great

Food was pretty good, if overpriced, though the service was awful to the point my wife and I felt rushed out and were glared at most of the time, couldn't even get napkins when I asked, and for some reason their atmosphere was super bizarre, very traditional aesthetic with very mid rap music playing loudly in the background

My party of four when on 11/25/23 for dinner and got seated quickly as it was half empty. We ordered Super Spider Roll, Rainbow Roll, Hokaido Scallop Ramen, two orders of Hamachi Nigiri, and the 28 pc chef choice sashimi. The salmon sashimi was really smooth. All the other dishes were alright.
Hello we had just had lunch for the last time here, the service was absolutely horrible and rude, we've been coming here for over 10 years and never seen it so bad , I never received my order it took longer than expected and we were ignored by all the server's, and the food of my boyfriend was horrible the teriyaki beer was fatty and the food was not cooked properly, we will never come back.

the ambiance was wonderful the atmosphere was excellent the staff was amazing and the service was beautiful, and fast the food was tasty and the portion was huge and the reasonable price for lunch or dinner the food was excellent I had the bento box with salmon teriyaki my sister had chicken katsu both bento box comes with soup and salad my sister couldn't finish it its great place for Birthday party a large variety of Japanese food drinks
