I love the drinks and food, but the thing I dislike is that there's this manager who's blonde hair her named is marissa.. she doesn't know how to treat her employees with respect. She doesn't know how to do her job well, she makes so many mistakes . Doesn't bother greeting customers. She even ruined one of her employees coffee break when she is just working temporary there. She's just so disrespectful and rude.

This is what you’ll get when you order for venti size with no ice. I asked if I can fill out with milk and they said no. That’s ridiculous. It’s first time in my life. If you get other Starbucks near you. Never come this one.

I was not greeted when I walked in. The employee asked, “um do you need something?” They immediately greeted the person after me. The cashier made the man in front of me his coffee right away and then made me wait. Overall horrible experience.

Ordered 2 espresso con panna and I got 50% of what I asked for, only espresso. You gotta be able to nail the easy stuff otherwise people might remember your coffee is freaking awful.

The Guy who made my drink was rude, I had to interrupt a personal conversation to ask for a straw… I held my hand out for the straw and he sat it on the counter and walked away with attitude 3:34 pm Friday October 18th … on the other hand the guy on the register was awesome!!!

I went there yesterday and they bump order for mobile orders. My order should have been done before the mobile orders. Your barista lack time management and other qualities. I got a refund. Hey everyone if your order takes to long get a refund! Don’t wait u derserve better .. anyways it’s time to give up Starbucks cost to much
By the way .. we r not blind we can see the mobile order and when the orders come .. grow up

It's one of my go-to spots for coffee. Typically, when I go here, I order through the app first. Parking is tough no matter what time of day, so it's usually a grab and go kind of deal. Ever since they remodeled, they made it so you have nowhere to sit like the San Bruno location. So I guess that's what they are after.
