Tons of parking, staff is super friendly. Even though it's a busy store the staff seems to have a good attitude

I was absolutely delighted with the service I received at this Starbucks today! The staff greeted me with a big smile and such a friendly attitude š.
Something I truly loved (and Iāve always said every coffee shop should do this!) is that if youāre drinking your coffee in the store, they offer to serve it in a real mug or cup instead of the usual disposable to-go cups. I think thatās such a thoughtful and eco-friendly detail!
I just love being able to enjoy my coffee in a real mug it feels warmer, cozier, and way more special āļøš.
Extra points to this location for that option, and kudos to the cashier who helped me I donāt know her name, but her service was excellent šš¼šš¼šš¼

Starbucks used to be a welcoming place where you could relax and feel part of a community. Now it feels more like you need to carry official documents just to exist there. After placing my mobile order, I asked for the restroom code, and the staff acted suspiciousālike I didnāt deserve to use their restroom. They demanded proof Iād purchased something before giving it to me, as if I was some kind of security risk to their toilet.
When I pushed back, I ended up in an argument with the staff and the manager, and they told me to leaveālike being a loyal customer meant nothing to them. Itās absurd that access depends on whether youāve bought their overpriced burnt coffee.
There are plenty of other coffee shops and local businesses that will treat you like a human being without subjecting you to petty āpapers pleaseā policies. No reason to give your money to a place that polices its customers like this.

They were out of both the things I wanted to order and then when I asked if I could at least just get a water cup on the way out, they told me they couldnāt because I didnāt buy anything š¤£š¤£

I love the drinks and food, but the thing I dislike is that there's this manager who's blonde hair her named is marissa.. she doesn't know how to treat her employees with respect. She doesn't know how to do her job well, she makes so many mistakes . Doesn't bother greeting customers. She even ruined one of her employees coffee break when she is just working temporary there. She's just so disrespectful and rude.

Dude the service here it's extremely fast and the smell of coffee on the street it's super relaxing , the ambient and everything its very chill!!
