I ordered an iced matcha latte with extra strawberry cold foam and a birthday cake pop. Not exactly a complicated order, and not a big one either. When I walked in, one of the staff was standing in front of the cashier talking, and even though I was the only customer there, I had to wait about 5 minutes just to order. When I finally did, she said my order wrong and I had to correct her.

When my drink was ready, the cup was messy with matcha dripping down the sides, and the barista looked visibly bothered handing it over. I understand working at Starbucks isn’t always fun, but that doesn’t mean customers should have to deal with that attitude.

On top of that, there was no extra cold foam added. When I mentioned it, they just told me they did put it in. I even opened the lid to show them there was barely any there, and all I got was silence—no apology, no fix.

Absolutely terrible service and disappointing experience.

So Starbucks is blatantly charging for a trenta drink and they are serving you the amount of a large one. I ordered a trenta pin drink and they served it to me in the trenta cup but the amount they gave me in the cup was actually half of the cup and I knew it because when I picked it up it barely weighed anything. I opened it in front of all the Starbucks employees and they stared at me as if I was a beggar asking for money. They have no respect for their customers and they also use racist language towards me. They are stealing in plain sight and to top it off the flavor wasn't even what they normally sell. Starbucks had no flavor it looked like pure milk with dried strawberries, a total disappointment and I will never shop at that store again. I would give it -5 stars, but I can't do that because it doesn't allow it. There's no such option because giving it one star is still giving them too much for me in terms of the quality and service I received, not to mention the racism.

First time in this place and l got a white chocolate Mocha and taste really bad usually taste sweet but this one taste bitter l don’t recommend this place

Super poor service. Employees rude and ignorant. Never coming back here that’s for sure.

This is just a grab-and-go place. You can’t sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Seriously, why bother to even to open a store at the mall? If customers just want coffee and go, they can just go to the Starbucks inside the Safeway store.

No public restrooms, no seating area, and should I even mention the brands more obvious issues...? Some of the employees are cool.

Not friendly stuff

Always good coffee at this location. I see some “bad attitude” comments below, the Bay Area is expensive to live in don’t expect these baristas that probably don’t make much to be *nice* to you, just tip them for working hard. Embrace it they’re there to make your coffee not make you feel special, come on…

I believe this is where trainies go to start working as no matter what I order (even americano) staff always ask for how to make it. Additionally, I dont think i have ever seen the same faces working here.
The coffee they end up making can be quite poor as they mess up orders, unfortunately.
Service: I have been the only one there for 15 minutes before. They will do mobile orders first and call out those names. It was quite comical being the only one there, and they were just calling out other peoples names. But comical makes for bad service. Just push out the one person who is actually there waiting. If they are trainees, hopefully they will learn.
