Save your money and buy a decent sandwich somewhere else. The portion is getting smaller, veggies are not fresh and I see some tomatoes still frozen. The Pakistan/indian staff was rude and lashed out on us saying “are you serious!?” for ordering one extra meal after she made a sandwich and we realized the portion shrinked and needed to order more.
To make the matter worse, the “call us with your comments” number on the receipt is useless, no one answers the phone and you can’t even find a place to send in your comments on their website.
I guess the company doesn’t t really care about their business in the U.S. anymore, it explains why so many subways fold.

Please double check your order. I placed an online order for a footlong sandwich, planning to eat it at the movie theatre. Once at the movies, I was disappointed to discover they gave me a 6 inch sub. I double checked my receipt and confirmed I had paid for a footlong.

She told me that they don’t take Apple Pay and was very racist to me over serving me when I simply asked a question she lied to me and denied me service saying they don’t take that form of payment I live in the neighborhood so I just wanted to get my sandwich and go she made it a huge thing and said I was treating her
