She told me that they don’t take Apple Pay and was very racist to me over serving me when I simply asked a question she lied to me and denied me service saying they don’t take that form of payment I live in the neighborhood so I just wanted to get my sandwich and go she made it a huge thing and said I was treating her

bad service I asked if they accepted Apple Pay the cashier said they don't take it and denied me service while getting bothered I was asking her questions on top of that there where other customers there that said they do accept Apple Pay yet she did not want to serve me I even talked to her in Spanish cause she thought I didn't to relate a bit more but all she gave me was a bad service

My husband took a seventeen minute bike ride to this location. We had a coupon for two footlong sandwiches. When he got there, there was a hand written note of what sandwiches you could get with the coupon. My husband ordered me the cold cut combo. Upon receiving my sandwich, I went to open it. There was no mayo, mustard, spinach tomatoes and pickles on the top half of the bread. Instead it was all shoved in the middle of the footlong with an excessive amount of mustard, oil and vinegar. The provolone cheese was melted to the bottom have of the bread. If they can't make the sandwich properly, they should not be preparing it. This is the first time I have encountered such service. Never had any problem with the subway stores in San Francisco and I lived there for 20 years.
