As others have remarked, this location is the worst. Every time, without fail, when we go here, something from the order is missing or done wrong. We end up needing to go back or just eating the cost. It is remarkable how incompetent the workers are here. The manager should be ashamed of this location.

I've gone to Taco Bells for decades. Due to my short lunch hour, I go to this particular store just about daily for several months now. This is easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Not only is it the most expensive I've been to, but when I order the crunch wrap or a mexican pizza, the round corn shell is often stale and rotten tasting. I've complained through the company website about it, but after a couple months later, it doesn't seem to matter. I really want this to improve cause, again, I don't have a lot of other options in this area other than start packing my lunch.

I am not exaggerating when I say this might be the most expensive Taco Bell on the planet. Nearly $10 after tax for JUST one cheesy gordita crunch.... Meanwhile it's $5.00 at any other location.Go here if you love being ripped off. Also no app orders because they don't want you getting good deals.

I always check my bag because they always get something wrong. I told the lady I was missing something and she told me it's already in my bag and called me a liar. She soon got a Filipina attitude but she realized I was right. She gave me my stuff and told me I could leave now. This is the type of customer service that is being offered. Seriously

This is the most inconsistent location. They mess up my simple order every time. Today they overcharged me AND messed up my order. Someone come save this Taco Bell PLEASE!
Came in today and ordered an eight piece dinner and a burrito. Asked for crispy but came home to see they gave me original. The young man there seemed to not want to work there. He was very low energy (not a smile to be found) and didn't even bother to say hello, thanks or good bye...though I always say it. He just plopped the mashed potatoes into the cup and turned out it was only half full. Almost didn't get my burrito either. I looked in the bag to see it was missing. When I asked for it, he seemed indifferent and without a word retrieved it and put it in the bag. Wow. Won't be returning to this location...and possibly any KFC. We got a Popeyes close by and they have good chicken as well.
