This was a date night last minute idea for some roasted duck and roasted pork. I look on yelp and saw that it is less busy at night or towards closing time. But maybe go during the day because the rice was cold. Duck and pork was good. Plus there is a bowling alley in this parking to. So be prepared to look for a spot but it wasn't to terrible. There mite be a bowling league playing at that time to. But the place was very clean and friendly employees too.

My go to place to go after bowling at classic. The place itself isn't very big and not as nice as your standard restaurant but it's the food that makes it good. The service is great when not busy. However when it does get busy the wait staff takes a while before serving you. I prefer to take my food to go but I do dine in from time to time. Now back to the yummy food. I usually get their beef chow fun and wonton noodle soup with bbq pork on top. The dishes were flavorful and not too salty. Their roast duck is delicious with crispy skin that glistens as it comes to your table. Their bbq pork is so tender that it melts in your mouth. Overall a good experience with better tasting food than most places around Daly city.

A yummy hole in the wall spot. All our neighbor and friends been raving about Mr. Fong's Roasted Duck and when we had it for the first time last week, it was damn good. We went in, ordered, and got our food within 10 minutes. We got the salt and pepper spareribs, but compared to the duck, it was no competition. We've found our duck spot. Bet.

We were here on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at 10:40 am before they open at 11. We formed a line for Chinese BBQ and we were third in line. I took a pic at 10:45 to show how long the line was . The line was even longer by the time we got our food so the place is still serving yummy food after all these years. My family was very happy with the Roast Duck, Soy Sauce Chicken, and Roast Pork for opening the lunar new year. I ordered 6 lbs of pork and 2 each of the duck and chicken. They chopped it all up and put them in foil pans for us. Great service and tasty meats!

Stopped by for a late lunch after taking kiddos bowling. Only one server for the whole restaurant. Food came pretty quickly, but don't expect a whole lot of service.Really wanted clay pot rice, but didn't want to wait an hour. So, decided on the following instead:1) salt and pepper tofu - good2) Roast duck - hubs loves his duck. These were pretty flavorful, although fatty. 3) Potstickers - I usually like these to have crispy bottoms. These ones could've used a bit more frying time before the steaming. 4) Pork and egg jook - I've had this better elsewhere. Lacked flavor and not too many egg slices. 5) Braised pork knuckle noodle soup - kiddo loves his noodles and aye this one all up. Quite a few bone/meat pieces. I tend to like my food hot. Everything we ordered was kinda lukewarm. Also, FYI - as another review mentioned, automatic 15% tip added.

This is the spot for saucy delicious gravy wet noodles. I really enjoy the prawns in lobster sauce. Come for the food. The ambience is okay and it's in a kind of run down strip mall in the Daly City/ South Francisco borderline.

Came here after bowling. Your normal Cantonese restaurant with entree dishes, bbq, and noodle soup. Service is fast, food came out quickly, and the portions are pretty big. Taste wise, the food is ok. 3 star review comes from the fact that they charge $3 per bowl of rice and force an automatic 15% tip. Bill was $62 for the 3 dishes and 2 bowls of rice.

This is a hole in a wall type of Cantonese restaurant. If you are looking for something fancy, this is not for you. But if you are looking for the great taste of food then you should try this place. Here is my scoring card for this restaurant: 1) Location: ( 5 Point ) - Great location for customer to see and find. Great parking for street parking and back side with parking lot parking. 2) Decoration : (2 Point) - They still have the original decoration. Clean but not up to date. 3) Price: ( 4 point)- The price is competitive but still a little bit pricey compare to other same stars and type food they serve 4) Quality and Taste : ( 3 point)- The quality is ok, food taste is good and portions are below average . 5) Type of cuisine standard : ( 4 point) - The style of Chinese food they serve is pretty close to the way it was prepare in China. Not bad! But some dishes did have slightly modify to cater the customer's need Overall it's not bad and I thinks it's great to give it a try and let me know what you think. Go foodies Total max is 25 Score 18 Stars = 72% round up to 3 stars

Guy made to cut the duck and bbq pork always so angry and complaining. I wouldn't go back always afraid he'll spit on my food.

Friendly staff. Every dish I've tried is good. (4 or 5 dishes). Nothing blew me away yet, and nothing was just plain average. Good chinese food. Now that I think about it -- I should try to learn what their best dish is -- and give it a shot some time.

The roast whole duck here is really good. Always freshly made and the flavors are great. For $26 a good price for whole duck that's authentic Chinese food. It comes with a sauce, but I usually make my own soy sauce and chili sauce at home to eat with some hot white rice. They work fast and accept both cash and card. You can dine in too, but never took the time to. Plently of seating and they have a lot on the menu.
