5 of us went. We all thought the food was okay. Really nothing special. The bathroom was disgusting and the bill was $95 for fast food. This is the world we live.

Great burgers. Santa Barbara Char is my go to. That alone would bring me back but the sides they offer truly make this chain unique. Tempura Green Beans are delish and a tiny bit healthy 😊. Always friendly and you wait because the food is cooked fresh. The best!

Decent food for a decent price! I mean if you're taking your friend here for their birthday, or going here on a date it definitely means you hate them but if its just you its great!

Good place to grab a quick bite. The Burger is pretty good, not great. I only say that because I got the barbecue bacon Burger and there was barely any barbecue sauce in it. The burger was decent... I would say an in and out burger Is a bit better. Their fries and onion rings were the very redeemable aspect about it. They are crispy and delicious, I would get both. Affordable, tasty sides, and decent Burger. I don't know if I would come back a lot but I might come back again.

Update: I take that all back. Habit is now one of my go tos, I go there more often than other burger places. The onion rings are by far the best side. I don't even get french fries anymore. They have a new spicy ranch, which has a little kick but not too much.

Habit sell comfort food. When you are in a hurry this a good place to go. There hamburger are acceptable and their chicken sandwich is also good.

Staff does not understand the meaning of food allergies. Ordered through the app asked for no tomato and paid for extra sauce. When i got there i had to ask staff for the sauces since they didn't put them in the bag for pick up. I decided to check my order before leaving and glad i did, there was tomato on my sandwich. I went back in and asked for them to remake my order and explained i have a tomato allergy and my sandwich and side would have to be remade due to cross contamination. The staff throw out the old sandwich after taking it apart and seeing the tomato, they didn't change their gloves before making a new sandwich, decided they weren't going to make me a new side, placed everything back into the same box then tried to hand it back to me. Then seemed annoyed when i said i was not going to take it.

They don't do medium rare. Medium well or more only. I hate overcooked burgers.

One of my favorite burgers. Also like potato fries, shakes, chicken club, onion rings. Friendly staff. Recommended
