We are approaching 2 months since this incident occurred and I have exchanged multiple emails with customer service (they are no longer replying). My money still has not been returned and no one has contacted me. I would like the manager of this location to contact me to arrange a refund of the money I was charged for food I did not receive. $21.57 for 3 pieces of chicken is ridiculous and this has been BY FAR one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a restaurant. Just awful.

Been going here for a few years the quality was always good but went here recently and I found what looked like dirt in my burger or some burnt stuff from the grill they cook on. I tried calling no response and I even tried sending a complaint online and haven't heard back since. Just hope this hasn't happened to anyone else

Pretty fair price. Quick. Always filling. Best part about the habit is the variety's. They have some more obscure burgers on the menu which is fun This location is good, generally clean for the most part. Staff is nice. Overall reliable good burger joint for a fair price. And it's consistent.

My son and I had an occasion to visit the Habit Burger Grill. I had a gift card for the occasion. We initially waited at the register while another customer had and issue with their order. After waiting, we were told that We needed to place our order at a computer and they would not accept our order at the register. After we completing our order, I attempted to pay at the computer, but it would not accept a gift card. We returned to the register and waited another several minutes to place our order. I finally was able to get someone's attention to wait on me. I've never had this problem at In-n-Out Hamburgers, which is right across the street. After we completed our meal, I spoke to the manager "Paul" about our experience. He was sympathetic and understanding and said that our order should have been received at the register. My opinion this is no way to run a business.
Today was my first visit to Habit Burger, which was to be my first meal of the day. I was quite disappointed. The meat was not tasty; it had very little beef flavor and the bacon had no taste at all. There was only one selection for a soft drink, which was a watery-looking strawberry lemonade. I had to return the drink because it had very little flavor and was more like pinkish water. The ground beef was tough and tasteless. I will never return.

It's been eight years since my original review and, boy, how things changed. I continued coming here when in the neighborhood and craving a burger, onion rings, or their delectable pepper station. I am on their email mailing list so I frequently get notices about seasonal menu items. Though tempting, I rarely go unless I happen to close by. The latest email made a trip imperative. The item that precipitated this was the 100% Beef Chardog ( It was that deli on Folsom St in SF that reminded me of the virtues of a grilled hot dog... trust me. I reheated it the next morning for breakfast in my toaster oven. Parmesan crusted grilled cheese ( house salad with sweet honey mustard ( please note that the wilted lettuce is no fault of theirs as I didn't eat this salad until 2-3 days later. I stilled enjoyed it as it became part of two dinners for me. At $5 each for the seasonal items, it's a bargain that warrants a redo. Will be back and, if in an indulgent mood, add some onion rings.

Been going here since at least 2016 and I've never had any problems with this place. In fact, when people ask me what is my favorite burger chain my response is always The Habit. Which location do I think of? This location. This place is great. Food never has any issues. Service is always good. I look forward to coming to this place every time I want a good burger.
