Two Stars? That's too much if or them. They desired ZERO star. Ordered Bundle pack with Thigh, wing and boneless bite on Wednesday 5pm. Thigh is out after waiting 5 minutes. Wings are small. Hey. There is g ANY lines at all. No supplies ? Why don't tell me before I order. I rather go buffalo wing instead. Most of them hanging there play phone and chit chat. How's the management ? Horrible. What a nightmare.

First and last time at Wingstop. Absolute garbage. Ordered chicken bites and it's all small pieces of salty fried dough and broken crumbs of chicken. For the record I don't have a choice but put 1 Star on yelp or I can't post.

Pretty bad service. Sat not too far away from the counter waiting for order to be called to no avail. Then when we heard it they said it was a doordash order so we sat back down. Then after another 5 minutes to get up and ask where our order was after people after us got their orders where they went and said they called us for our order. We were not far away and the place was basically empty.also we ordered Dr.pepper and got pepsi.

Don't count on receiving the right order when they're busy. Even with giving them an hour they don't know how to read what flavor wings you ordered. They'll just give you whatever flavor you did not order.

Review from 11/2021. Food is good...same as all. Yay!!! SO GLAD they had rolls, not all do. Had a little issue with customer service, this time customer was right but it was rectified. Thank you Kevin ;)

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I ordered through the Wingstop app, the food showed delivered in the app but never showed up. We waited 75 minutes and ended having to call them, wait on hold, and them let me know the best the can do is refund me in 5 business days. I'd recommend picking up In person and not using the app, do everything you can to avoid talking to any of the employees as they don't care about their quality of service. Secondly, if door dash is responsible for this, then use a different food delivery provider as this is hurting your rep, I'll never use the Wingstop app again, you can't even order extra sauce let along receive your order. Great Work guys!

Tonight, I ordered their 30 pieces wings, five bone in thighs and two crispy tenders $47. It wasn't bad. I usually skip their fries because it taste like cardboard and/or overly salted. The thing that keeps Wingstop afloat is their selection of flavors. I did enjoy the garlic parmesan wings. The Louisiana rub thighs were tiny and too salty. They are almost the same size as their wings. The hickory smoked BBQ and lemon pepper were meh. Staff was friendly and my food was ready in 40 mins.

I came in earlier in the afternoon. I was in line and I was next. This short lady walk away and didn't want to take my order. The guy next to her took my order. Next, thing you know she started greeting other customers. She not welcoming and she has a staring problem. Once I got my food. She walk to clean the tables and staring at me when I was outside. This lady got some serious issues. I will not come back here ever again. The new staff are rude a** hell.

rude service, bathroom had no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap, and no seat covers, my foot slipped on sauce in restaurant and got my new air forces dirty this is why i don't eat meat bruh AND THEY FORGOT MY RANCH THAT WE PAID FOR!! and we specifically asked for no ice and we got ice

Whoever the cashier was has an unwelcoming tone and has an attitude. I placed my order online and when I arrived there to pay and pick up for my order, I told them it also came with 2 drinks. When ordering online it says "Self-service" so i assumed they would just give me the cups so I can fill it up myself like how it alway was. However when I brought the 2 drinks up, the cashier said, "Well you didnt mention anything to me earlier." WHY WOULD I NEED TO MENTION IT? IT IS YOUR JOB SIR. Also when I told them that I thought they would just give me the cups cause it says "self- service" he just kept asking me what drink I wanted for the order and I just said I didnt specify what drink i wanted because it is self service. And he rose his voice at me and said, "Okay so what drink?!" And I didnt know what drink I wanted because I didn't know the options so on the top of my head, I just said "Cherry coke" and he asked "for both?" and i said "no the other is just regular" Dude gave me both cherry cokes. I get COVID protocols, but if a customer doesn't know how it works, especially for the drinks, just kindly explain instead of getting all irritated and raising your voice at the already confused customer. By the way, Colma gives you the cups and had no issue with exchanging our drinks.

I'm not one to really post on Yelp but coming from a background where I have worked in the food industry I know some rules apply when it comes to being protected. I don't fuss about simple mistakes I've had at this establishment like the time I received the wrong order or missing something small from my order HOWEVER I do have an issue when I have yet to see any one with long hair with hair nets or even just the employees with long hair have their hair in a bun or even a braid. I was peacefully enjoying my lunch today when I came across a chicken wing with a very long black hair wrapped around the chicken. It took everything in me not to throw up or bringing the whole plate back to the establishment. I simply threw away what was left from my lunch. I would just appreciate it if they wore hair nets I know it's not fun I've been there or even as simple as a bun that would be great. After this I don't think I will be bringing my business back to this particular establishment.

My first and no doubt my last visit. Celery and carrot sticks were decent but wings were overloaded with salty coating. My advice: cut salt by 2/3 then use half as much coating. Even after picking off coating and rinsing under tap; still too salty. Sorry.
