The service is like, "you need me, I don't need you attitude". Food were overcooked. I ate the pieces that can be eaten, but most of them are overcooked. I tried to help the local restaurant and sound like I have to go next door. This restaurant will have NO more business with me. I was about to buy a family pack of some sort. NOPE.

Good, fast, and consistent. My kids wanted some chicken noodles and broccoli and this fit the request. We got the number 1 and 8, chicken teriyaki and chicken bbq. Both were a little different. The chicken teriyaki was more diced up and Easier to eat. The barbecue chicken was longer strips tasty but I prefer the chicken teriyaki. The service was fast, and the location was great due to the food court tables. Overall, it was a convenient place for lunch.

4.5 stars. I used to love coming to this place during college, and I'm glad know it's still here. Located in the food court of the Serramonte Mall, this is a decent place to stop by for a quick bite. Prices have gone up since then, but the portions are still pretty good, enough to fill you up. My favorite dish to get is the filet of sole. The sole is super tender. I usually either get it with all noodles or half and half, just depends on what I'm feeling at the moment. The BBQ short ribs are also a favorite of mine because it's packed with flavor. Service is okay, pretty much what you'd expect for a fast food place. So far I haven't had any problems here. Since it's located in a food court, seating is abundant, though the ambience will vary depending on the day.

The girl at the counter is hella rude and the "restaurant" if you can call it that - is hella cheap. We ordered a beef teriyaki plate to share and I asked for two cups of water. The girl said the first cup of water is free and she wanted 25 cents for the second cup! I was like, hell naw, I'll drink my own saliva rather than pay 25 cents for tap water! Then I asked for an extra plate so that my Mom and I could share the teriyaki. This rude girl told me to cut the paper to-go container that the teriyaki comes in with a knife so that the lid becomes a plate!! She very helpfully gave me a knife so that I could cut up their dumb box. Cheap as hell!!! Like you can't afford to give me an extra paper plate?? We will never come back. Oh yeah and the beef teriyaki tasted like Yoshinoya. Bleh!
