I have to start off by pointing out that management is tripping if they only staff one person during a BOGO event on a weekend during lunch. How does that make sense? This is how you burn people out and cause longer wait times.On to the good stuff, the drinks were super yummy, and the lady was very pleasant taking orders and dealing with impatient people.
I've been here twice and have had roughly the same experience. Both times I've walked in, there's no staff at all in the front. You order from the mobile kiosks that are pretty simple to operate. There's also an option to search for items instead of scrolling all the way through everything.I submitted my order and decided to just wait in the store. Awesome Boba shop and good vibes. The staff were singing in the back - cookin’ and groovin’ to Eminem (and then Brittney lol) when I walked in, which gave the atmosphere excellent vibes. I’d go back just for the energy. The Brown sugar boba was high quality with chewy boba, they were generous with their portioning of rice pudding, and the drink was sweet but not too sweet. Strauss milk too? …Killed it son, 10/10 boba shop.
