I stopped by this location to pick up the annual birthday cheesecake for my Japanese auntie. The product quality was so degraded from what we have purchased in the past that there's no way I could present this to her as a gift. Such a sad development.

It is melt-in-your-mouth dessert, Uncle Tetsu’s cheesecake is a must-try. Light, fluffy and delicately sweet. It feels like a cloud of creamy goodness dissolving on your tongue. The texture is what truly sets it apart. It’s not dense like a traditional cheesecake, but rather airy and moist with just the right hint of cheese flavor.
