09/06/2025 I ordered a Korean barbecue and 12 buffalo I paid for all flats LOOK AT THE PICTURE AND SEE WHAT THEY GAVE ME The phone doesn't work they don't care about fixing it I'm just going to say it the staff here is Latina/ Latino and they don't care they'll give you whatever they feel like it. Also she said what when I walked up to the counter, not how may I help you, or what can I get for you? She said what; like I was bothering her. I guess this is professionalism nowadays🤷🏽🤷🏽🤦🤦🤦

I came to get food here at 12 they told me i cant order with cash only online so I did bye 12.10 I went in The cashier then told me why I come at this time and order food then a another couple came in and ask to order and she told them the same thing but said they could order online but some where else to to this store they dont close until 1 but won't server you and not only did she be Hella rude she sat there for 3 min staring and me like I have not order here and to leave

I usually come here and pick up orders with no issues thanks to the great employees, but today I encountered a new staff member I hadn’t seen before. She was rude, and on top of that the service was not completed properly. Management needs to take action regarding this.

The employee that helped me was very friendly. I didn't wait long either. I order the 10 piece chicken with bone meal that came with fries and a drink. The chicken was fried too hard and the parmesan wings didn't have any flavor. I was very disappointed.
