We came here with a group of six, so there was a mandatory 18% gratuity automatically added to the bill — just something to keep in mind. When we were seated, the table wasn’t fully set (we were short on chopsticks and napkins), but the staff brought them over once we asked. Service overall was okay, though it could’ve been a bit more attentive (more water top ups).

The food came out as it was ready, but there was about a 10-minute gap between the first and last Ramen, so a few people had to wait. My Ramen itself was decent, though the hard-boiled egg was cold, which was a bit disappointing. We also had to remind them once about our waters before they arrived (we were missing 2).

On a side note, the bathrooms could use a bit more upkeep — they were slightly dirty and the floor was slippery. Overall, not a terrible experience, but there are definitely a few areas that could use some attention.

I got a moldy wooden cup. The food is exquisite, the service is good. However, on our way out we saw our cups and noticed that they were moldy and water was dripping out of the cups. The server didn't want to do anything about it, such as a discount or credit. The cups say to be cleaned, but the mold is within the wood at this point. He wasn't concerned about any sickness on their customers.

Me and my friend went here for dinner and my friend ordered a sizzling dish. The utensils were placed on the hot plate, so of course, as a customer who’s about to eat, your first instinct is to pick them up to start eating, not realizing they got very hot. The restaurant should not put utensils directly on the hot plate because it can cause injury. When my friend picked one up, his finger got burned, it turned red, and I could see the pain on his face. He lost his appetite after that. We called the server, but instead of saying sorry, he sounded like he was blaming us for touching the plate, like it was our fault. But it’s not — it was the utensils that burned my friend’s finger because they were placed in the wrong spot. There was no real apology at all, not even a simple “Are you okay?” or an offer to help. We couldn’t finish our meal because of what happened. I didn’t leave any tip because I think it’s not fair. My friend got hurt, and they didn’t even care.

I got veggie ramen, it was good totally veggie based no mock meats. The ramen felt kind of healthy because of all the veggies, like something I would eat if I didn't feel good. The only thing is that the tofu is clearly just thrown in the ramen cold and right out the package, which I was not a huge fan of. Not mamy vegan options and I had to ask questions more then I would prefer as the menu doesn't clearly label any vegan options. Updated from previous review on 2025-09-17

I was craving for ramen and Yoshi was nearby. I ordered the Yoshi Ramen Deluxe, the most expensive ramen on the menu. The noodle was cooked perfectly, but the broth was just OK. The chashu was small and did not look like the chashu I saw in other ramen restaurants. It was a fine bowl of ramen, just nothing special. Service was good.
