Love, love love this place. It’s right on the harbor with incredible views of the boats. You get a lot of food. I ordered the sunrise bagel with onions and bell peppers and bacon delicious and huge!
Service was speedy. They are set up for scale. Kitchen looked clean and efficient.
Seating outside is excellent

What a find! As an Aussie coffee nerd, I am very particular about my coffee. I read the reviews (like this) wherever I go around the world & the reviews led me to Coffee Importers.
The quality of coffee is 2nd to none. But the staff, in particular the Manager (pictured & i forget his name) went out of his way to get my order right each day for the 5 days I was there & make me feel welcome.
Cant recommend highly enough!

This place needs to be reported, you have a blonde girl with fake lashes basically touching the ice cream with her fingers while scooping and laughs when I asked her to put gloves on. Takes cash and does it again. The boys brushing their hair back and then scooping. What a MESS, leaving your business in the hands of a bunch of dirty kids. YUCK!

Updating my original review from 2 stars, which may have been a bit critical due to my immediate disappointment and frustration with the experience.
Food is ok. Vegetables and bagels were fresh but too expensive for what you get in my opinion. I ordered the lox bagel and got a tiny portion of lox that didn’t even cover half the bagel - my kid also got the lox and had the same size portion, point being - I didn’t get a one-off under portioned bagel. I seriously couldn’t even tell that I was eating lox if it weren’t for the familiar taste of capers. At $17.80 before tax, this was frustrating (Einstein lox bagel is $11.89). Inflation is real and I don’t expect the same price, but if I’m paying significantly more, I expect quality and quantity to be more, and it wasn’t. My other kid got the egg bagel which tasted like a Costco egg bite out of the microwave, I wasn’t a fan but my 4 year old thought it was ok - and to be fair, at $10, it was a good sized portion.
Another frustration, I ordered a “drink” and when I realized there was no ice tea at the soda machine I asked and they said I’d have to pay extra - I expect I would have had the same response if I had complained about the portion of lox. Also there are no refills (on ice tea) which feels like nickel and diming customers.
You order at the counter and wait to pickup your food - made me wonder why they suggested a 15-20% tip when paying, maybe it’s standard for the POS system, but I would expect they do something to make my meal and experience more enjoyable. This place did nothing but take my order and make my food - didn’t even get a smile. I have no problem tipping 20% when there’s good service by the way, just need to earn it.
Overall, not an experience that would draw me back to this place.

Ordered the tuna salad sandwich & ice tea . One of the few lower cost spots for a bite to eat right on the harbor. Nice sitting harbor side enjoying a sandwich & a drink. The sandwich was ok not as flavorful as some tuna salads can be but the basket also included two thin slices of cantaloupe & orange slices. Service was fast & the facility & eating area seems clean enough.
