When they have only 6 cookies in the menu,they should have them available the 6 days they are open and not only for the first 4. Needs better employees

I love Crumbl, but the last two times my fiancé has gone there to pick some up THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF THE ONE I WANTED. How is it possible that a place that carries only 6 cookie flavors a week be out of flavors at 7pm and they are open till 10pm? I’m just so flabbergasted. Why get excited about flavors when they likely won’t have them?

Walked into the empty store this evening (Saturday). The 4 employees all immediately left the front of the store as they watched me walk in (again the only customer). Struggled to get someone to help so I could buy expensive cookies. Ha, good luck with that. cc @Alex C

I placed an order yesterday to be picked up at 8am this morning and I walked in right after 8 and was told there were no cookies and my order was not going to be fulfilled. I said it's for an important work meeting and the guy working there didn't care and didn't even apologize or come up with a resolution. I asked if they just had just opened and he said he'd been there since 7. He then tried to tell me there was no order placed but I asked him to look for it and then he found it. He refunded my money but I was left with no cookies for my meeting. This is very unprofessional and I won't be going back there.

The employee with the dark hair, glasses and hat was rude again today on November25th. This employee has always been rude to my girlfriend. I wanted to say something to the young kid but my girlfriend begged me not to do it. He definitely needs to be fired or retrained on customer service. Our favorite employee is the girl with the turban. She's always friendly, polite and professional. We've been customers since the beginning and have spent a lot of money at this location. Sometimes the cookies don't look exactly what's being advertised but taste delicious. Again, the young kid with the dark hair, glasses and hat today needs to be fired or retrained.
