Ordered a pizza for delivery, from store in Dana Point. They texted me to tell me they were in my neighborhood when they were clearly not. I waited outside for them for almost 10 mins,. wondering where the guy was before I check the app, and he is still close to 10 mins away.. Pizza was also burnt. Rarely order from dominos put will make sure never to do so in the future.

No paper menus, funky unclear lighted pizza wall menu with no pricing. Front counter bare of display no decor random pens mounted. Ceiling tiles dark by cooking smoke (far from clean and white) The grid metal chipped paint and dirty ( laundry room at my hotel much cleaner) Prep table displaying Pizza assembly unorganized not a very good focal point Random wire shelving free standing in middle of room floor unorganized random supplies not neat. Mac n cheese was delicious but there were no hot chili peppers or parmason packets to go. Definitely a order out scene. Pizza looked and tasted delicious!!! Random change making, wads of ones and fives. No manager or boss around to maintain Ship Shape!!. Being picky , this is a to go place that could tidy up a bit

I called in my order and when I got there to pick up my pizzas they couldn't find my order. They asked who I spoke to and I didn't know. I had to show them my phone to show proof that I actually called. Then they wanted to charge me the wrong amount. The cracker bread pizza was pretty good

Thought store closed at 1am according to the app! Got two calls from the on duty manager that they close at 10. They let me know that my pizza was almost ready and still took care of me and went above and beyond to deliver a hot pizza.

They said if we cook it a second time now, then 2 pizzas will be the same, pizza with practically no chicken and burnt dough, very low, fire such workers,

I requested extra sauce on my pizza when I made the order. When I picked up the pizza, it looked dry like it had hardly any sauce, and slightly overdone. I asked the guy at the counter for a side of sauce so I could add it on myself, and said it was 75cents for a side of marinara . I said “Nevermind” and walked out. The sauce wouldn’t cost 75cents if you put it on the pizza like I asked in the first place. Never coming here again and I don’t recommend this location. I threw the pizza in the garbage. -_-
