I had breakfast with my family and our breakfast took over 45 minutes to come. They never checked on us and our meals. We never got refills on drinks, napkins or utensils. We asked another server and completely ignored us because she wasn't our server. Never going back.

Yesterday 3:15pm I ordered the soup and salad ( waitress said price $11. ) Chicken in the chicken soup was like old overcooked rubbery chicken ( I couldn't eat or chew it so I put it gently the plate . I had to find someone to help with service because they were all gone behind the scenes somewhere...when I told the manager Susan ( she said her name was Susan )she said that was to bad and she would t do anything so I told her they just lost a customer and I would never come back. She said " I don't care I'm not the owner !!!" I payed $16. For salad and soup that was unedible and left hungry and humiliated as I was with my family member and had.never been treated like that before.
It's the ultimate old time Cafe greasy spoon and perfect place for breakfast or lunch. It's an old rundown place that has great food in the atmosphere is exactly as described. Hungover? Great place to go find a breakfast!! Hungry? Good place for a wholesome meal.

I called my order in, 10 mins before I showed up.. a bowl of chili and coke. I was told 5 mins..... 40 mins later my food was ready.. I waited 30 mins for a bowl of chili. 2 customers left money at the register waiting to pay, because it appeared no one was working. I was just about to walk out, but remembered I already paid. I get it, no one wants to work or bidenflation is hurting small businesses, but there still needs to be urgency on the employees. Chili is awesome and it's a lot.. I'd come back if I had n hour to kill
