food is normally great, however ordering in is not great. we got our food and bread burnt and we had the wrong food, and we sent in a. repeat order they refused to accommodate. order with caution but i’m sure the atmosphere and the in restaurants experience is great

The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the food was superb. We started out with a buffalo mozzarella and tomato in an age, balsamic vinegar, and then shared an Osso Buco entrée between my wife and I. One of the best Osso Buco we have ever had. And my wife and I are foodies.

The halibut piccata was delicious! So was the salmon and filet mignon. The house Chianti was good. Service was great - we did not feel rushed and could really relax and enjoy. The brownie sundae was ok - brownie a bit dry and ice cream more like ice milk (not real creamy). All in all, I would recommend this restaurant.

We were excited to try Jack's for our very first holiday together after getting married. We were feeling really romantic, and loved the location until we walked into the restaurant. We were greeted by the hosts, then a man whom I assume was a manger butted in aggressively. He looked at our reservation, and I told him that we were newly weds. He then looks at my notes on my reservation, and says oh yeah, I see that here....proceeds to read back what I wrote to me saying: "We are newly weds, and would like to request.....blah blah blah blah blah. That's literally what he said to me blah blah blah. I was floored really over the rudeness and mean spirit. We were both pretty stunned, but since it was a holiday we had no choice, but to stay as everything was booked or closed. He rushed us over to our table, and said "There! Is this good though for you?!". As lovely as the view was, and the rest of the staff was he really went out of his way to be rude. I wouldn't recommend for the prices you pay here.

We've enjoyed Jack's for many years. A recent face lift makes the restaurant look very nice. The server was great... a very funny lady. And of course, the cocktails and the food were fantastic.

We all enjoyed our dinner. Great service! Cocktail was delicious as was the wine. We all enjoyed the Bruschetta, salads and pasta dishes. Have been here several times and have always had a great experience. We were greeted by a hostess who was friendly too. Thank you

Jack's is amazing! From the moment you walk in the energy is the best! Jack usually greets unless he is checking on patrons; his whole staff is great, it is obvious that they really love what they do. We try to order something new each time we go, everything is a hit. Staff is professionally trained, that is truly refreshing. Delicious food, white linens, table roses, soft lighting and a quiet atmosphere where we can converse and hear one another, our favorite spot. Having been in the business for 25 years, I am never disappointed! Make a reservation or simply stop by for Happy Hour or a cocktail, I am sure you won't be disappointed Smiles~

Our first time experiencing this restaurant encourages us to return. Nicely varied menu with Italian emphasis. Good wine list with California and Italian selections at fairly reasonable prices. Friendly staff paid close attention to us.
Great service and fantastic food! Why have I waited to go here.. I guess the name “Jacks” did not lend to Italian cuisine. But so glad we finally made it here. My husband had a Rib Eye special, it was so special indeed. So big he couldn't finish it!

Jack's is one of our GO-TO spots. Very consistent service and food quality. We both had the 2 ravioli dishes on the menu and they were both awesome good! The only small detail that is a bit annoying is that you can hear every conversation of adjacent booths. The acoustics in the main dining room are not great, in my opinion. It is very distracting.
Jack greets his clients at the door many evenings. His warm personality beckons you into a welcoming vibe with very friendly yet professional staff. Service is great and the specials, especially the osso buco and seafood, have always been excellent. The ribeye and the vegan pizza are delicious. Fairly easy parking and a beautiful location for a walk before or after the meal.

Jack's never disappoints! The service is friendly and prompt. The food is consistently delicious and high quality. All 4 of us ordered a special and each of us was delighted as usual. Thank you!
It was okay. Upon arrival I told the person at the host desk I had a reservation and they said to wait a few minutes to clean off a table. A few other couples/groups came in after me and were taken care of right away. Finally another gentleman asked me if I had been helped, apparently I spoke with the wrong person earlier! They worked hard to seat me next as they were at full capacity. Jack's customers were mostly 60+ The food was mediocre and we ordered their recommended chicken piccata. I also got Jack's salad and the calamari. All just okay. I signed up for emails and received a free tiramisu. My friend's water cup was dirty and had to send it back. Overall, just meh and won't be returning.
