Our first time! Fresh seafood and excellent service. Didn't like the screaming music from the single speaker. It is on the harbor, the ambiance is beautiful no need for such noise!
Been coming here for so long, there's not many decent fish&chip places around and it's by the sea for a bonus. Portions are good, sides are spendy though and with a little extra effort, mushy peas would round it out. They have a trophy for best chowder on display and I dont doubt the award having eaten their chowder.
At the time of writing (Jul '25) the whole area is in shutdown mode with the so slow renovation going on. Jon's was busy though...

Best thing is you can choose your fresh fish and size. And they will cook it fresh for you with your choices of spices. I chose monchong with cajun seasoning as they recommended and it was delicious 🤤. Also got fish and chips with was good.
