Vegetarian spot ; This cozy café near Dana Point Harbor is a hidden gem! I visited on a Friday morning for brunch, and the experience was fantastic. The food came out incredibly fast, and the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. The vanilla shake was thick, creamy, and just perfect.

Loved everything about this place—definitely planning to try more of their sandwiches next time I’m in Dana Point!

I am genuinely disheartened by my experience here. I was encouraged to consult the store nutrition expert, who recommended that I incorporate kraut into my diet for addressing yeast and candida issues. However, her uncertainty was evident, as she suggested starting with one spoonful daily, then potentially increasing from one to two or even three spoonfuls. Ultimately, it is important to note that individuals suffering from yeast or candida should avoid consuming any fermented foods.
This post aims to assist anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation.
?Who Should Not Eat Fermented Foods?
The high concentration of prebiotics found in fermented foods feeds the good bacteria, bad bacteria, and yeast alike. So if you are dealing with Candida overgrowth or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), and already have an overpopulation of bad bacteria or yeast, eating fermented foods adds fuel to the fire?

This place is located in a beautiful craftsman style shopping area, across from the beach. It's a perfect spot for hydration after a surf or sailing session, for a brunch, lunch, or an afternoon snack. I had my Sunday breakfast here today. Service was great. The food was delicious. My 32 ounces of the OZ juice was was what I needed! Highly recommend it!
