Project Social

Project Social is one of those rare spots that just gets everything right. The service is consistently excellent, and it’s clear they treat their staff well—you see the same friendly faces year after year, which says a lot about stability and fair compensation. Their breakfast is the standout (truly some of the best in Dana Point), but lunch and dinner are always solid too.

The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, with both indoor and outdoor seating and a crowd that’s always friendly. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, great people, and a laid-back atmosphere.

They constantly give you the wrong orders on takeout no way to message or call regarding the problem. This not busy weekend days

Loved the breakfast tacos, they were flavorful and a good size/price. My husband enjoyed his standard breakfast. Cool spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that they don’t have a lot of dog friendly seating in the main outdoor seating area which didn’t make sense to us. Overall really enjoyed it and plan to return.

Best spot if you live in South OC. The owners are super friendly and the service couldn't be better. There is a special section for bringing your dog to some in. They have water bowls provided for your pet. The menu is equally amazing!!! If you are in North OC worth the drive.

Enjoyed this atmosphere, Indoor / ourdoor seating with fire pit and water feature. Generally a casual hangout place with plenty of good food and craft beer options. Gather a table of friends and enjoy.. Note it can get a little loud with all the people talking.

Honestly this place use to be very good and now the customer serivce is atrocious. They where on top of everything. Now, I sit at the bar and wait for 30 minutes while my food sits on a counter and all the workers sit there on there phones and talk to each other. I waved multiple times at a worker and was ignored while they talk to other co workers. Someone had the nerve to come up to me and say they dont know who the to go is for since the chef didn't tell them. Thats ridiculous. Its lazy and you guys are crazy expensive for the price everyone pays here. You should be on top of customer service not waiting for a customer to ask if thats there order they've seen on a counter for 30 minutes.

It’s also not a bad place to take kids. While they don’t have a kids menu, there’s plenty to get and share with them. Great beer selection and they have NA options and alts as well.

We came to Project Social in Laguna Niguel for breakfast and had such a great experience. The breakfast burrito , salad were flavorful and satisfying, and the fresh juices were a refreshing treat. We sat out on the patio, which was perfect for enjoying the morning—plus, it’s pet-friendly! If you’re looking for a solid breakfast spot with good food and a relaxed atmosphere, this is it.

Amazing place! Super friendly staff! We loved the atmosphere, the food was so good and fresh, and the beer was great too! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a chill place with delicious food and beer - this is it!
