The Ritz is always a special experience. Our visit was a no exception! From the Manager to the assistant service team members, we were treated with 1st class service. We had an exceptional meal and experience at Raya while celebrating my wife's birthday. Jennifer took good care of us and provided outstanding service. The food was delicious and the view of the sunset spectacular. We will definitely be back.
Everything was amazing! Food was delicious. Our server was relatable and friendly while also professional and kind. Staff was helpful and pleasant and accommodated our request for a better table. We enjoyed Sunday brunch and for the price, expected it to include champagne—but it did not. They served our birthday girl a delightful birthday dessert and were kind to do so.
