We went for our daughter's birthday. The stroganoff and short ribs were great, but the fish dishes were definitely not. The Ahi was from frozen Ahi and appeared to have been premade. The fish and chips were actually mushy inside. Service was very good, but it was extremely noisy which isn't the restaurant fault there just was a big party making a lot of noise.
When you ask for no onions because you're allergic to onions and they put onions on your hamburger, I find that to be a problem.
Absolutely amazing service from Tim and stellar food here. Cant wait to go back! Thank you Tim for providing excellent hospitality and great recommendations!
Sadly this was my birthday dinner and our experience wasn't great. Our waitress Chelsy was so rude and not professional. She was upset that I sent my soda back for not being fizzy. Come to find out the machine wasn't working correctly. She gave my husband such a hard time he wanted to leave. The manager came and apologized to us about the soda machine so my husband provided feedback. We ended up getting a new waiter who was much nicer and was in fun sprites. Be mindful when going here. As for food: yellow tail crudo - not worth the price, all the add ons took away from the fish. It also needed some salt Seared ahi tuna - delicious, perfectly balanced and full of flavor Firewood steak - Juicy and perfectly cooked. The fire really enhanced the meat, 10 out of 10 Desserts - Butter cake was good but very sweet and rich Tres Leches - moist and delicious
The experience was what restaurants use to be...so happy to experience it again. Service and the food were exceptional. Emily gets a special shout out. She made our evening so enjoyable.
Amazing night in every way! Food, music, service, ambiance, location all were top notch! I will definitely visit again!
Food is fantastic. They cook on a wood fired grill. We had the grilled artichoke, grilled shrimp and the sea bass. Everything was cooked to perfection. Service was not quite as good. Our waitress was very sweet but dinner took a while even though the place was empty and then the check took even longer.
Excellent meal at salt grille last night. I love halibut and they know exactly how to prepare it so it retains soft texture and presentation was great. Brandon was terrific and very attentive and courteous. Look forward to my next trip to OC and going back for dinner
Anniversary dinner! Food and service was great. Waiter brought us a complimentary champagne toast and a yummy dessert. We started with drinks and yummy sourdough bread. I asked the server for a fruity mocktail. I was surprised with a delicious one with blueberry, blackberry, ginger beer, mint, and a splash of sprite. It was light and refreshing on a hot summer night. We ordered a Caesar salad which they split for us. For our entrees , my husband had a gilt mignon (served al a cart) and I got the beef stroganoff. We ordered green beans and mashed potatoes to share. Everything was huge and delicious. The green beans did have red pepper oil on it which was a bit too spicy, so server offer to bring a new one without it. I have so much leftover! For dessert waiter brought out a vanilla sponge cake with with cream and berries with a sparkler on top. Highly recommend
Service was slow, even outside the atmosphere was noisy, we had a table reservation and arrived on time but still had to wait 15 mins for our table. There's this sand pit that's supposed to be for kids but twice now it's been closed off for an event (wedding cocktails I guess, for guests who don't mind sand and high heels?). Restaurant was full of families expecting to have a place for the kids to go play but nope, which exacerbated the noise since the parents then fell back to tablet babysitters. Both times we were assured that events are rare, which just sounded like excuse making to me. Are they really rare on Saturdays? Really? I'm not sure we'll test those waters again. Ok with that out of the way the menu was decent albeit pricey. I ordered a tortilla soup and a salad main and both were quite good, quality food. The kids food came out first, so thank you for that, since the mains were quite delayed, given how busy it was. When it came time to pay I don't know if our server was on break or just got hit with a big table (there were a few), but we were waiting for a while, meanwhile the kid was getting restless. He was apologetic and his service was good overall, the service score more reflects the greeting/tabling experience, and being twice disappointed by sand pit availability.

It was a beautiful night under the stars. Service was excellent, efficient without being intrusive. The food was beautifully prepared and perfect for sharing. We had the Peruvian scallop appetizer, the bacon wrapped shrimp, the garlic cheese sourdough bread and the chopped salad. 10/10! Can't wait to go back!
What a great night with country line dance lessons, wonderful service and excellent food and drinks!
Second time dining here. Good experience for the first one probably won't be back after the second time. Food is good- no complaints. Service was rough and it was not a busy night (Monday).
Love the new remodeled restaurant
We've the chicken pot pie. The wife and I split it with a salad and it's a great meal. Good drinks too.
