This charming little ice cream shop down by the harbor is delightful. The staff are very friendly and prepared a custom banana strawberry milkshake just for me.

This is the first ice cream place I've visited that doesn't offer samples. They stopped during COVID, and it's now 2024. I hope they bring samples back soon.

I used to LOVE this place.
But I moved away 2 years ago and came back this week to experience what I had remembered to be the best peppermint I’ve cream I had ever had.
SADLY I was soooooo disappointed in finding out they dummed down the recipe and removed the peppermint candy bits that used to be in the ice cream. Why???? These little extras is what used to make you so special!
I guess GREED has reached this shop too, the shop I used to love.
I’m sorry, but I refuse to pay your high prices for one scoop of ice cream that is now just mediocre. I will never be back because it’s apparent that those little extras that set the shop apart doesn’t exist anymore.
Pretty sad, because I would buy a cone every time I went to the harbor. No more. Too expensive for just average ice cream. Sad times. Honestly, I’m so sad that this place has gone down hill.

This is my third visit here. This afternoon around 4:30 I ordered one ice cream, a hot latte, and an iced Americano. However, I got an iced latte instead of an iced Americano. Since anyone can make a mistake, I told them that I had originally ordered an iced Americano without any intention of getting the difference back. Then, the man who took the order threw the iced latte into the sink with a loud noise in front of me with a frown on his face. The waiter didn't even check with me whether the order was wrong or not. He never once double-checked the order. He didn't say anything, but just acted vilely to show the customer that he was angry.

Best ice cream in Orange County. They serve Lappert's Ice Cream which is by far one of the best brands of ice cream. Pure goodness!!

Walking along the pier we noticed a sizable line of people waiting in line at only one restaurant, which is usually a sign of good food. This was certainly true at The Coffee Importers. We ordered sandwiches - one roast beef and one turkey -- was able to specify the bread and condiments. Both were quite thick - appropriate for the price point >$14 - and both were very delicious. The use of fresh ingredients was readily apparent. Served with a few pieces of fruit, which was a nice refresher at the end. We would come here again to try some of the other options. The egg/bagel sandwiches that we saw coming out of the kitchen looked marvelous!

Marvelous coffee, bagels, and other meals. Beautiful view with lots of outside seating right on the harbor walk. Just go- you will so enjoy it!

I would like to tell the owner that the name of their business doesn’t match the website in map quest.There was nothing label regarding gluten free ice cream. When I asked if they had gluten free ice cream. The young man had to find out what was gluten free.After looking over the options and decided the safe ones. Unfortunately, I picked out the wrong one. I had a stomachache after eating it in five minutes.My suggestion is for the owner to have individual scoops for each ice cream container to prevent any contamination.Specially the water container.Otherwise it was a nice place to eat a treat there.

Seems ridiculous to insist people stand in two different lines - one for food and one for coffee drinks. Food was not all that, but the setting was decent, in that it's right on the harbor and you can sit and see all of the boats. The coffee drink I had was very over priced and the service was poor and unfriendly in both lines. Not encouraged to visit again.

This place is not very clearly marked and Google maps puts it in the wrong area so we completely missed it. This place needs better signage.

The ice cream place is ok no big deal it's very pricey and just any ice cream no special it's by the harbor marina and there is lots of restaurants and lots of parking spaces.
