I love this place! My daughter and I go often to get ice cream and sit and listen to the sea lions. There can be long lines (also for the coffee shop) by the staff moves people along quickly. Multiple coffee and chocolate flavors! Good people and dog watching!
Walking along the pier we noticed a sizable line of people waiting in line at only one restaurant, which is usually a sign of good food. This was certainly true at The Coffee Importers. I would like to tell the owner that the name of their business doesn’t match the website in map quest.There was nothing label regarding gluten free ice cream. When I asked if they had gluten free ice cream. The young man had to find out what was gluten free.After looking over the options and decided the safe ones. Unfortunately, I picked out the wrong one. I had a stomachache after eating it in five minutes.My suggestion is for the owner to have individual scoops for each ice...
