The guy barista made me the best cup of hot chocolate! It was perfect with even then amount of cinnamon he used. I literally cried!!! lol I have never had someone make me such a nice cup of hot chocolate before! Unexpected and so wonderful! Thank you so much dear barista man who worked this evening about hour before closing 😭🫶

Starbucks has gone down a lot. Don't want to go in anymore. Staff meh, coffee meh. Prices meh while the CEO gets billions. Obviously his focus is on his paycheck not quality. Previous post from 7 yrs ago was: Great Starbucks. Friendly staff, fast, has great parking in Dana Point.

Odd setup but once you’re inside it’s fine. Drive thru is usually pretty busy.
One large table and a few smaller ones. Always busy but never overly crowded.
Baristas are friendly and efficient. They’ve never run out of ingredients and seem genuinely happy to help you.

The drinks at this location are always on point, but so is the sense of self grandiosity on the part of its staff. There is always a giant line that they handle well in the drive through, and the dining area inside is always clean and full of local people randomly engaged in conversation with eachother. Definitely good vibes and quality drinks for a corporate chain thing.

I just left this location & I swear, the staff just made my entire day! Marcus was taking orders in the drive thru & his energy was so positive, so cheerful, so contagious!! ! He was AMAZING!!! I didn’t catch the lady’s name who gave us our order but she was just as great! She was so cheerful, so positive & so sweet! It was free red cup day, YAY! To top it all off.. my drink was PERFECTION! Which.. if you love your coffee like I do .. nothings worse than craving it & it not hitting like you want it to. Not a problem at this location. I wait all year for the chestnut praline & 🤤🤤🤤 #NailedIt #ChefsKiss

WHEALTHY WATER
Used to be a GREAT COMPANY! I was a Manager at Starbucks when it was still super cool! This place has changed in DP soon much! It's now sterile and fake. They rarely ever great me when I come in and I wait at the counter without a greet and 5 people standing around bybthe back window. It's outrageous!!! After a year I of it I had to make a comment. There was a transgender named Jay working here...He at least had excellent customer service skills... But he seems to have moved on from here good move btw. I should just switch all of my business back to the local REAL COFFEE SHOP! it's on 1 black up and HAS THAT REAL FEEL I literally complained about a bug crawling on the food in there display and the girl did nothing and said, well people don't really buy the cheese Danish...😲😵
