Was ordering and then notified at 2 minutes till 7:00 p.m. that they were closing so I told them that the hours on the door said 7:30 and he says that they were wrong and they're not abiding by the hours on the door was told to leave. Not able to get anything to drink or eat due to them changing the hours and closing at exactly 7:00 p.m. but according to the sign it's supposed to close at 7:30.

Shitty starbucks. Ordered a cinnamon dolce latte, it didnt taste like that. Tasted like plain coffee and there was such a big gap to the top even with whipCream . They had the cup inside another cup and it still felt emptier than usual. I scooped out the whip cream to see how much coffee there even was. Overall shitty . And no receipt even offered .

They really disappoint. I was pretty upset with that San Clemente manager when I called this Dana Pt. store and 90 minutes later I'm giving them a five star review. Go see what all the fuss is about. Kyle, Hailey and the team here NEVER disappoint! They have always provided exceptional service. They are courteous, prompt and accurate with our orders. This store is inviting and welcoming to the neighborhood. I'm so glad this location exists and that I can walk here. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I don't write reviews, and I'm not too bougie about these things. But the fact that they charged me after saying they didn't have what I ordered Is straight up stupid. As well as giving me the wrong sizes. They need to hire some adults here. It looks like they're just hanging out, Too busy gossiping and Messing up people's orders. Won't come here again and I recommend you do the same.

On the weekends I often take a motorcycle ride along the coast, and I stop at this Starbucks to grab a coffee and read. It is always clean, quiet, and everyone is friendly. Something about it is just more charming than the rest.

Quaint little Starbucks. A bit difficult to maneuver in and out of. The drive thru was challenging to access but we managed. The egg bites were hot but were but my favorite. The kale were my favorite of the ones we ordered but left a funky aftertaste in my mouth. The pink drink was delicious and refreshing and very enjoyable.

They need to take a power washer to the entire restroom.Placed and order, for which they did not take my name, so you have to ask someone if it's yours or not. When I finally got my order, my coffee was NOT even hot, more like slightly warm. Worse Starbucks experience ever and dirtiest ever.
