This Starbucks always makes me feel welcome the moment I walk in. The staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. I’ve seen them handle some tough situations with difficult customers, yet they remain calm, professional, and kind. It really says a lot about the team here!
I regularly (almost every morning) come here because everyone is so kind, warm, and welcoming. Yes, they remember me because I stop by on my way to work regularly, but I want to stop by. I see the same other guests on the daily too - who chat with the baristas, so I know I’m not the only one who feels appreciated by the staff here. It was a bit odd when I asked about light blend cappuccino, my shop assistant did not understand what I wanted. It was even more odd when the other assistant asked me if I just wanted more milk in my cappuccino. It’s ok if there are new people that just started working in the coffee business as a trainee, it’s not ok when there are no people in the entire shop getting the concept of roasting coffee beans (having different flavor as the result) to make a coffee drink
