To the impolite, rude, young slender attractive black female; that I had the misfortune of interacting with today…….from one female to another-why be so arrogant?? It’s not a good look for you or Starbucks. I own several businesses and I’m in 2-3 Starbucks a week. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience in a Starbucks before. I asked for iced tea, no water-no shaking. I watched you add water and shake the heck out of it. I didn’t say anything because I’m never returning to your location because of you. If you don’t like your position at this Starbucks, then leave. There were two females outside complaining about your attitude also. Sad.

After we drove off, we realized our drinks tasted like coffee.. which was strange because we got a matcha and a refresher. We realized our drinks had coffee grounds in them 🤢

The staff were really nice but I’m pretty bummed, it was our little weekend treat. I don’t know how that happened, we didn’t order coffee drinks. 🥺 I wish I’d noticed while we were nearby.

Also the bathroom was pretty gross

I regret i stopped there and got coffee. Bunch of high schooler girls working there which they don’t greet customers and coffee was horrible, the girl topped it off so much my hot mocha that as soon as i tried to pick it up it squirted out of lid and spilled and burnt my hand, also got really bad stomachache after i drinked it. Always get coffee from starbucks but this location is the worse, dont recommend there at all.

I ordered a non-fat mocha latte and received a watery coconut tasting hot something. I was the only one in there, so its not like they gave me someone else's order by accident. Sad.

It was one minute before the closing time ..we were at Starbucks having coffee, while my sugar went low I wanted to buy a cookie ..one more time it was ONE MINUTE BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME…barista said we r out of cookies)) there were bunch of cookies available )she said we r closed with such a customer- hating attitude (thanks god she didn’t scratch me ) that I felt she is pretty unhappy with her job or life or both.. whatever..such a ppl suppose not to work in Starbucks ….We love Starbucks .. but make sure you hire the right ones who also carry a lil bit human within their box.

Not sure why or how, but the cashier messed up my order 3 different ways; we ordered a hot venti Americano with some ice, a pesto sandwich, a grilled cheese, ham croissant, a donut, a white mocha, and a hazelnut latte. The cashier forgot to charge us for the sandwiches, so she called me over to pay for them. I understand that mistakes happen, so I just paid and collected my pastry items and 2 sandwiches. Then I was called to collect a drink, so I walk over and see that they gave me an iced americano. We go and ask for clarification and to change the order. I was a bit peeved considering two different mistakes, but then we get our americano and it was supposed to have ice in the drink itself along with sugar but we were just given an Americano with milk and a side cup of ice. The cashier was a red-haired lady; sorry ma'am, but I hope you're ok because that's the most mistakes I've ever had on a Starbucks order.
