Stopped by to grab my usual coffee and some pup cups for the dog. The location is convenient, and the service has always been consistent when I visit family in the area. I come to Starbucks a few times a week, and this spot has been reliable. Thanks to the staff for taking care of me and my pup.

I'd call this a starbucks lite. Drive up...walk up window but no seats (in or out) and no trash cans. We had to sit on a curb and then walk to a city trash can to dispose of our cups. Starbucks needs to list these as lite in their app so people know that the amenities are very limited.

No bathroom (Use Del Taco), no tables or seating, no trash cans, can’t go inside. Parking lot walk up window & drive thru only. This is a very speedy store because locals order off smart phone app 5-10 min b4 arrival.

Suggest you do same at it allows very personalised, beach vibe service instead of wasting time trying to explain specific drink preferences in line, fumbling with payments and slowing down this stores awesome brisk pace.

There’s a secret left turn driveway when leaving drive thru allowing access to driveway by DelTaco for easier access to Northbound PCH or better access for making U turn on to NB PCH.

If you want exterior & interior seating next to PCH travel North on PCH 1 mi to other store that has bathrooms and drive thru.

Love the vanilla sweat cream cold brew

It is by far, the most efficient Starbucks in the country. I travel the US and when I'm in that area, they move you in and out quickly. Great kind service.

Visiting from New York and had a pleasant experience with Velma today. Lovely lady with great service. She even gave me some recommendations of places to visit in the area. I really hope she sees this!!

This was absolutely the sweetest!

The young lady at the window was waving at my son which I already thought was sweet. But to get home and get everything/one out of the car, our baby was crying her eyes out and our toddler was no where to be found and to look up to see this sweet little note on my coffee cup made my day 🥹!

Another time there, the young lady at window just talked with me as I was waiting for my coffee! I thought it was so refreshing especially with all the craziness that comes with the holidays! It was nice!

Its midday yet you don’t have a cash kitty to break a 50$ for two 9$ coffees, worst excuses yet, how bout keeping a bigger cashflow, no way you can tell me that keeping at least 5x20$ on hand is a security risk!

And having your staff ask me if i have any other form of payment is rude, if i wanted to pay with card I would have given it to you!

go in there for delivery order for 1 drink and it’s just sitting there on the counter not even bagged up, so I asked the girl if I can take it like it is so I can get to the customer on time, so it stays the same temperature for the customer and she says no can’t do that because it’s the delivery order, so I have to waste my time while she puts in a bag, wasting paper, wasting bags, wasting cardboard and wasting precious time and especially stickers that don’t stick & then, she throws it at me, literally throws it at me, so there’s the chance that the liquid will go everywhere, because we now have a cup full of liquid in a bag where it does not belong
