Its midday yet you don’t have a cash kitty to break a 50$ for two 9$ coffees, worst excuses yet, how bout keeping a bigger cashflow, no way you can tell me that keeping at least 5x20$ on hand is a security risk!

And having your staff ask me if i have any other form of payment is rude, if i wanted to pay with card I would have given it to you!

go in there for delivery order for 1 drink and it’s just sitting there on the counter not even bagged up, so I asked the girl if I can take it like it is so I can get to the customer on time, so it stays the same temperature for the customer and she says no can’t do that because it’s the delivery order, so I have to waste my time while she puts in a bag, wasting paper, wasting bags, wasting cardboard and wasting precious time and especially stickers that don’t stick & then, she throws it at me, literally throws it at me, so there’s the chance that the liquid will go everywhere, because we now have a cup full of liquid in a bag where it does not belong

All the lights are on and nobody's home no sign saying that they're not open, two people walking back and forth past the drive-thru window ignoring that someone is there. After about 6 minutes I knock on the window and they look over and give me the cut off your head sign and still say nothing. There's no sign anywhere that they're closed at 6:37 and the website says they're open till 9:00 p.m. Should have stayed home if you didn't want to work today.
That's what I like at a High Rate, nice and courteous....

I wanted a keto pink drink. I know they make it but they wouldn't make it unless I gave them the recipe.
Secret menu items are so frustrating. Just put them on the menu.

I order venti size flatwhite 4 shot employee give me small size then I said It was venti and now he give me venti size but He add only milk my coffee and I’m sure it’s only 3 shot I drive to take my coffee more then 20 min for nothing thank you Starbucks for this move It’s happen around 8 pm 01/15/2024
