I came here to pick up a mobile order and when I received my items, my mocha frappucino had chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream which I didn't request. I kindly asked the barista "Martie" to please remove the whipped cream with the syrup and put new one without the syrup. She very rudely with hand gestures gave me an attitude and told me "next time when you order, order it that way". I told her that the app had no place for that and she said "the app has room for all kinds of comments." My Latte that I ordered, was also missing the sugar that I clearly requested on the app. I know that I won't be coming back here to be treated like I'm dumb. I could've argued with her, but she's an older lady and I was raised well and know to respect my elders.

Lovely staff! The barista was extremely helpful and offered great suggestions. It is inside the Ralph’s so it was nice getting a espresso drink to wake me up a bit prior to my morning shopping.

Open on thanksgiving day... Was glad to have it since I saw they were open but wish the workers could've been home that day and we could've made our own coffee just fine.

they remodeled it and its awesome. They have electric pads to charge ur phone which is soooo cool, a bonfire outside, a couch with heaters and its really comfortable in there love it for studying
