I visited this location and tried the burger. You can easily place your order at the kiosk and then wait for a text notification when your order is ready. I ordered the steak sandwich, which was incredibly delicious and juicy. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very welcoming as well. Highly recommend

Still prefer In-N-Out! Wanted to see what this place has to offer. I did get avocado on my burger. That was great. But, Habit is more expensive and I do not think it is better than In-N-Out. It is NOT that I disliked what I ordered. It is that my preference is still In-N-Out!

The food quality is very good here. The problem is they consistently get orders wrong at the drive-thru. Last week, I ordered a Harvest Chopped Salad. I was given a cobb salad, which unfortunately, I didn't realize until I got home. Today, I ordered a Harvest Chopped salad again. Right salad this time, but it didn't have the added avocado that I paid for. It also didn't have the dried fruit and nut topping it's supposed to.

Not sure what's going on here, but the managers need to pay closer attention to what is happening at the drive thru. Receiving orders that are incomplete or just wrong should be anomalies and this is 2/2 for me.

It’s a nice place that has a really terrible burger. I thought it would be like an in and out or 5 guys but it’s more like Burger King. I probably won’t ever go to a habit again

We order drive through, but we could see how the workers were very careful with our food. The smell was so good.
Not the cheapest fast food but could feel that the ingredients are of good quality.

Sadly they had a customer very rood to the cashier taking orders, he demanded another persone to help him. Management was very nice and polite and help him out. That says a lot of the restaurant. 👍

We are regular customers at The Habit on Golden Lantern. The burgers and fries are outstanding and very consistent. Edwin the assistant manager does an excellent job. No matter how busy it is, he keeps his customer service skills super high. He's efficient, polite, and treats each and every customer with great service. Thanks Edwin!

Best burger of all the fast food chains. Generous amount of French fries that are always served hot and fresh. Reasonably priced with quick service.

What a dump. Piss all over the restroom floor. Tables and floors are filthy. Condiment station in disarray. Drink station all empty. Truly a $20 or 25/hr(whatever TF it is)worker paradise they have created here. My Santa Barbara char has no char. The cheese isn't even melted.

Went to this drive through with a coupon in the app for a free chicken club. One car ahead in drive thru. Waited literally 10 minutes for the man to come back on speaker after asking me to please wait a minute (no problem) When I got to the window he scanned my coupon bar code(which had a timer on it) and it wasn't working. He got a manager named Kayla to help him and she said the coupon wasn't working. I asked he if she could please remove the charge for the sandwich (I also ordered fries) since they had some type of issue with their system and she stared at me like sorry not gonna help you. I explained I had waited in line a long time and came specifically to use my coupon and then she started YELLING at me that they were short staffed and I was not going to get my food!! Absolutely zero customer service and I hope she doesn't speak to cashiers that way. I will not return to this location. Mission Viejo Habit employees are friendly and welcoming every time.

We went out of our way to drive to Habit Burger Laguna Niguel for dinner only to find that the Impossible Burger was replaced by a flavorless patty, and there was no customer facing staff, only machines to take the orders and kitchen staff scrambling to keep pace.

Sadly, that was probably our last visit to Habit Burger because the things we liked about the restaurant no longer exist😢

My son loves Habit, and I'm a vegetarian. What to do? Good news: Vegetarians CAN go there with their meat-eating friends and family! I really look forward to delicious sides, like charred brussel sprouts, tempura green beans, roasted cauliflower, and crispy avocado slices. The portobello burger and veggie burger are scrumptious, too.
