Cozy little restaurant with a menu full of Chinese comfort food. So far I've tried the beef chow mein and beef & broccoli and have enjoyed both. Service is also pretty quick, so you aren't going to wait long.

We have picked up and dined in a couple times now and it was time to leave a review. The food taste fresh and not overly salty or saucy like other restaurants. The fried rice is delicious. We loved the egg rolls and the house beef. But the soup is killer. I'm obsessed with the sizzling rice soup. It is the best. Packed with veggies, the broth is so good and has this crunchy rice on top. So good especially if you are under the weather. My fiancé loves the sweet and sour soup as well. The Little Kitchen Asian Cafe has definitely become a staple in our house and highly recommend stopping in or grabbing it to go.

Wow! I don't know what has changed in the past 18 months, but my review in Sept 2022 needs to change, as well. There must be a new manager and new cooks. The service is slow, the accuracy of orders is spotty and the total ingredients and composition of classic dishes has changed. I'm tired of being disappointed during 2024, so I am moving on. Sadly, there are fewer and fewer Chinese cuisine restaurants local to San Clemente and Dana Point, so my search area is expanding. *sigh*

My favorite Chinese place and I ❤️ Chinese food. I always order the honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and cream cheese wontons. If we are really hungry we add the Dan Dan noodles, they're great!

Great host who kept track of all people waiting, despite a few who tried to "sneak in" out of order. We went at 5:30 on a Sat. PM, so there was a rush at the door. The staff was super friendly. We ordered: Cream cheese wontons 10/10 Wonton soup 8/10 Chicken with almonds SOLID 10/10! The soup was a little weak on flavor and had a scarce amount of chicken, no other meat. The chicken almond entree was delicious! Such tender pieces and very flavorful. We will be back again! Plenty of parking.

Excellent as always. Called the Little... bcuz it's little, but definitely the best Chinese food in Dana Point hands down. Foods are always al dente, #1 pet peeve when eating or cooking all kinds of food. Portions are always xtra generous
