Was great views, fast service. Server was great & we got seated early that was a bonus. Only complaint is drinks were bland. Food was good.
Made a reservation inside but got a table right on the water to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday., no wait. Great poke and she loved her chicken salad . Our waiter was first class . Got a free dessert too ❤️
I ordered the Sunday special of grilled scallops with a lobster reduction sauce which was outstanding.
Our server Danny was stellar the coconut shrimp and fish and chips were delicious as well as our drinks and Mudpie for dessert would recommend
Had to come back for the delicious crabcakes - seriously the only Maryland-style crabcakes I've ever had west of the Mississippi! Enjoyed with the seafood bisque (better than their clam chowder) for a tidy meal for two.
I had booked Wind and Sea restaurant for my 1 year wedding anniversary and noted that in my open table reservation and mentioned it to the young woman at the hostess stand. We wanted to make it a special night watching the sunset. The food was average, prices high and the French fries seemed mass produced. We were looking for an experience and celebration and would have like some consideration for our anniversary.
I have been a local for 55+ years! I love this place. It is always my go to. I walk the harbor almost every weekend and have sent many clients here. Please don't leave! Mai tais are the best and for sure your dip style nachos!
Honestly I have never had a bad experience here. Since the harbor is being redesigned, I am so sad to see all the good places disappear. This is such a fun and cozy spot with a peaceful view to the harbor. I hope to see it stay longer since Dana point harbor is about to turn into another Newport Beach. What a bummer. All the great old spots seem to be vanishing by the minute. Gone will be the days when you can come to lunch dressed casually and just enjoy the day :(

There's indoor and patio dining options. Good place to watch the boats and paddleboarding.

The service was rushed, and the food was disappointing, with nothing good to talk about. We ordered fish and chips, ono, salmon, clam chowder, and garlic bread. We are disappointed because we thought we could plan to return.

I’ve yet to have a Mediocre meal here.
I come several times a year with my friends Pam and Bill , the new recipe clam chowdah in the bread bowl rivals the best I’ve had nationwide .
The 10 oz lobster tail , excellent,
the Poke’.
Really can’t go wrong .
Even the sides count. The asparagus is always cooked to perfection.
I’ve been thru every state and you could put wind and sea against the best Chi town , NYC. Long Island etc have to offer .
Portions are excellent, never left hungry .
