Amici's East Coast Pizzeria

Loved the vegetarian lasagna and pasta with beyond meat! The pizza, however, was kind of sad. The crust wasn’t good. Cheese was good but the crust reminded me of a gluten free one (but wasn’t). The meals were delicious though! Would get them again!

I tried the deep dish pizza and margarita pizza. The deep dish was good , was not a fan of the margarita. The tuxedo cake was also not good for us. The kale salad was delicious. They were very quick with our pick up order.

Tried the veggie pizza from Amici Pizzeria. The crust was nicely done crispy and flavorful but the sauce lacked seasoning and tasted quite bland. The pizza also needed a bit of salt to bring out the flavors. Service was okay, nothing exceptional but not bad either. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement, especially in the flavor department

Stopped here for dinner after a baseball game at the nearby park. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. The pizza is a great NY style, with flavorful crust with just the right amount of crunch and chew. Great for families and the outdoor dining is nice.

Love Amici's! Great ambiance and perfect for families, date night, watching a game, or even to-go! Was greeted by the manager, Garrett. The food is always fresh, tasty, and a good value.

I recently placed an order over the phone for 12 full orders of breadsticks. Each full order usually comes with 12 pieces, so I specifically requested 12 orders — not just one. However, when I went to pick up the food, they had only prepared 1 order, and I was charged $8.91.

When I asked why the total was so low (since it should have been over $100), the manager came out. Instead of helping clarify the situation, he rudely told me to “have someone who speaks English call next time.” That comment was completely unnecessary and offensive.

I understand mistakes happen with phone orders, but being treated disrespectfully — especially when I was trying to clear up a misunderstanding — is not acceptable. I hope the management can improve their customer service and communication in the future.
