“The food here is amazing! We came here for my birthday dinner. We all got great dishes: my pork chop was tender and juicy, the crab cakes were excellent as was the flaky filo Mary's chicken. The desserts were good, not as great as the main courses in my opinion but my friends liked them. We got the bread pudding and the black bottom white chocolate banana cream tart.”
“First time at this restaurant and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Ordered multiple dishes and they were all delicious! The food was matched by the excellent service-what a wonderful experience!”
“I had the maitake mushroom salad and it was so good and so filling. The blue cheese dressing tasted like I remember blue cheese from pre-vegan days. My friend's fauxjito was fabulous.”
“Took our family member there he ordered a fillet mignon and asked for it medium it came well done they offered to take it back but all of us already got our meal not good he would have to wait they should of taken the steak off our bill but only gave us 20 credit we go there all the time this was not good so won't be back for a while especially with a friend or family member we told them how good it was this was the worst and embarrassing and expensive”
“My wife and I sat at the bar as the place was packed. We were told it was reservations only at the moment, so the place is definitely popular on a Friday night. We ordered the street tacos and pozole. The pozole was delicious and hearty. The tacos were also tasty and filling. The pozole was so much better than the last time I had eaten here and commented this to our server. A new chef has brought more spice and discipline in the dishes being made which has resulted in delicious dishes. For dessert my wife and I had tres leches cake, churros and coffee. All were scrumptious and as sweet as heaven. I will definitely start coming here more often.”

“The food was just fine. I didn't think it was priced very well for what they gave. The drinks were good. Service was very slow for a lunch. Never got my water refilled and I sat at the bar.”
“If you want to try authentic afghan food then this is the place! We had the best dinner here. We tried Bolani Potatoes, Bolani Kadu/Pumpkin and Borani Badenjon. All three items were delicious and very tasty. Their seating arrangements in patio is like middle eastern style facing water fountain. Bolani were crispy and sauces on Borani had great chef touch. The staff and owners treated us very nicely.Vegetarian options: Bolani and Borani”

The Melt
“Amazing service and amazing food. Best grilled cheese I ever had in my life. Must add bacon and caramelized onions wow! Strawberry milkshake is the way to go! It’s the best out of all the milkshakes(: Garlic cheese fries are super strong but oh so good! Been here multiple times and never been let down! Always eat in because take out has smaller portions. Eating in has reasonable portions I usually can’t finish my meal in one go! I only ever finish the fries first haha! For two people it was $70 with tip. For a family of four with tip it’s around $100 to $110. But it’s definitely worth it!”

“I love sitting out on the front patio under the heaters and watching people and cars go by, while eating a great meal. The experience gives off quaint small town vibes.”

“This gelato shop exceeded all expectations with their pistachio flavor. Creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced, it's hands down the best gelato I've ever tasted. Friendly staff and top-notch quality make this a must-visit spot for gelato lovers. Can't wait to go back for more!”

“Our first time here and a great experience! Food was fabulous and very nice environment and friendly staff! Food tasted very fresh, especially the noodles! Surprised it wasn’t that busy on a Saturday lunch time, but hopefully the word of the mouth gets around fast and more people get to experience this place. Good luck!”
“Very nice cafe in Danville. The Owner is welcoming and courteous. Yummy desserts and savory baked goods. The coffee is great and more affordable than the nearby chain coffee places. This is a nice alternative to the chains.”
“Came here as it had the highest ranking in Danville, very pleased with our orders. Tandoori chicken was sizzling and tender, butter chicken was spicy and tangy, very impressive. Goat curry was well cooked since goat can be tough and gristly when not prepared well. Palak paneer was mild and creamy. Medium spice left a pleasant heat in the mouth without being painful. Atmosphere is nonexistant and we were the only party in there from 630-730 on a friday night. They'll need to rely on takeout and word of mouth to stay afloat since the location is off the main drag and it's got all the ambiance of a panda express. But the food was deeeeelish.”
“We had our lunch on 03/03/2024 Sunday. We ordered following food: Sultan salad Beef shish kebab Chicken shish kebab Salmon kebab Hummus trio Tzatziki Food excellent and delicious. Cooked to perfection. Service: Greeted us with a wide smile. Owner Ibrahim very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Service quick and efficient. All staff has great attitude respectful to both young and elderly. Ambience: Medium size place . Place cool and comfortable. Place neat and clean. I highly recommend this place to my family, relatives and friends . Thank you staff for an excellent service.”
“Cute cafe with desserts, drinks, and some savory food. We tried their honey toast and it was delicious! Came with two scoops of ice cream of our choice + fruits. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was friendly. Would recommend coming by to try their desserts.”
“Amazing fusion of Indian and American food. They have wide creative options to select from and they are just bliss for you taste buds. They also serve healthy options like quinoa and nailed it.”

“I ordered a birthday cake for my 3 year old from here and I wish I had known about this place sooner. The design was SPOT on, executed perfectly, the cake itself was maybe the best cake I’ve ever had (and I do not like cake), the frosting was not too sweet, and the service was great.I have never seen my family and friends eat cake like this before. I’ve spent hundreds on beautiful but inedible cakes. Never again.I cannot recommend this place enough and will use them exclusively for all my baked good needs!!”
“Went a couple of times because friends, a few months ago, said it was good and I had seen the line out the door on a Saturday. Both times I went, 3 months apart, during the week, the almond crossaint was dry. It is flaky and crunchy, but kind of dry on the last quarter end each side. No filling til the middle. The middle had a lot of almond paste- too much that it was too sweet and i could not eat it all. Maybe if they made it smaller with the paste not so much in the middle it would be better - a better dispersment of the filling. The choc crossaint had a lot of the flaky pastry but a thin line of choc could hardly taste it. The apple braid was delicious. Crispy crunchy and the right amount of filling to pastry ratio. My favorite so far. More different fruit braids would be great! I went at 8.30a during the week. I was the only customer til another person walked in. The pastries were 6$ plus and they had day old pastries for sale. If the ratio of filling to pastry was better and not too dry on some of them, I would be back more often!”

Akira Bistro
“Pleasantly surprised! For whatever reason I had never tried Akira before. I'm so glad I finally have. I met up with a couple of friends and we enjoyed drinks and shared a bunch of sushi. There are lots of options on the menu and everything we tried was tasty and super fresh! We were chatting so much that we closed the place down. This might seem random, but I was so impressed by the extensive cleaning they did at the end of the night. This alone will have me frequenting Akira from now on.”
“Same location where it was called Pizza Antica before. The location in Google maps is incorrect and actual location is across the side street from the parking lot.Good food, very good and friendly service. Try the mushroom pizza, salmon, or chicken dish. They also have $7 sangria specials starting on Thursdays every week. The ambience is friendly and the decor is minimalist. The portions are big. You can see the impact of inflation in the prices. If you pay using the QR code (sends you to Toast) it includes tax for calculating tip percentages, which is not great. Hopefully they fix it.Vegetarian options: They will customizeKid-friendliness: Small selection of usual kids items”

“Looking for a wine bar with a chill vibe? Found one! Came here one rainy Friday evening with my husband, listened to some wonderful live music, drank some good wine, and snacked on some delicious cheeses. This place has a great atmosphere, perfect for non-wine snobs like us.”

“I've been coming to this restaurant for more than 10 years. Great service, friendly waitresses/waiter, nice and clean restaurant, authentic Thai food. Ordered tom kha chicken soup, chicken satay, pad see ew, green curry and Thai basil chicken. All tasted good. They even packed our leftovers at the end. If you love your food to be Thai spicy, let them know (request a 5 star spiciness). Definitely a great Thai restaurant to eat in San Ramon.”

“This place is so delicious. We’ve loved their food for years, doing regular takeout. This time we actually went to eat at the restaurant and it was amazing. Tandoori mixed platter sizzling fresh out of the oven - delicious. Chicken Korma, tikka masala, garlic naan are all amazing too. And the nicest staff every time. It’s a small gem of a place!”

“Absolutely delicious! My fiancé got me the vegan vanilla and chocolate for my birthday as a surprise, and it brought me so much joy! The chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were moist, and the icing tasty, the perfect amount of sweet. Can’t wait until they come out with more vegan flavors ?”

“Ordered DoorDash from here a few times. Each time the pasta has been excellent and good value. Since I ordered for pickup all I can say about service is that it's quick and everyone is nice. The ambiance of the place looks great as well.”
“Food and service were above expectations! The menu has plenty of options and our group ordered almost everything lol.. Love this place.! Everyone was so nice and said goodbye on our way out as if we were family. I will most definitely be coming back.!”
“Great small place. Fast efficient service. Really tasty food. Friendly staff.Sauces are great. Constant flow of customers. It is not a huge sit-down place, but great to slow down and have a conversation.”
“The place is always reliable, their hot bread with special sauce was one of a kind, cappacio was good, our waiter was good. Their own label wine was a little disappointing and I ordered the pork chop and was a little too cooked and it became dry. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. With $18 for corkage, I’ll bring my own bottle the next time.”

MJ Sushi
“Located in the Blackhawk shopping center, next to the Safeway. This is an outstanding late night Japanese restaurant, specializing in high quality sushi rolls. I highly recommend their Deluxe hand roll: Uni, otoro, shiso leaf, ikura. They also feature House special rolls, and we tried their CB roll: salmon avocado, and fresh maguro tuna! Loved their high quality seafood and warm sushi rice. Sushi nigiri portions were large, generous cuts. I loved their otoro, hamachi, and ama ebi. Extremely fresh and delicious!”

“Our party of 19 ate here the night after Christmas. Yo's on Hartz is such a nice and intimate place to eat. The manager, Evelyn, made sure our large party was well taken care of and gave excellent meal recommendations. Everyone enjoyed their food and cocktails. We look forward to dining here again!”
“I LOVE this restaurant. The food just gets better and better. Every time we add something new to our order, we fall in love with more dishes. I love Chinese food and am super picky. So to have been able to find this gem has made me and myFamily super happy! Sunday movie nights are filled with yummyChinese food and a good show/movie!”
“Best all around restaurant in the area. Our store is close and we eat here all the time. Don't underestimate the food because you assume it's a bar atmosphere that wants to serve cheaper items to passify patrons. The food such as the seared ahi, chicken pot pie, the chicken meal, the shrimp and grits and multiple kids items are really well put together and that is what honestly would surprise most people about Norm's. The sliding door opens up for events next door and there is always sports on. The staff and the owner alike make you feel comfortable and at home. The best part is they always keep up with us as customers and they remember what we eat. It's the little stuff that makes norm's special.”
“Honestly, the food here is amazing! I've ordered multiple things from the menu and yet I have not been disappointed. My favorite rolls so far are the Kibo, Hartz, Salmon Skin hand roll and Isabel!! Isabel, Hartz & Salmon skin hand-roll are my top 3 favorites. For the appetizer, I really enjoy the garlic edamame!! If you're a garlic girl like I am, you should definitely give it a try. The gyozas and mixed tempura are a hit as well!! For rice plates, I really enjoy the chicken teriyaki. I usually never order chicken teriyaki at restaurants but oh man this one is soooo good. I really like the salad and pickled vegetables that come with it.”
“Good Chinese food, but of course any such place has hits and misses. We loved the Szechuan shrimp and chow mein, not so much General chicken and chicken with spicy garlic (I think that was it, flat chicken slices with too much breading). Overall one of our favorite Chinese places in the extended Tei-Valley though.”
“We enjoyed dinner at Incontro with our friends traveling from Montana. This has become a regular spot for us when they come. There is always great food and service. We never been disappointed!”
“We were a party of 5 and all ordered different items. We loved them all from the clam chowder to the snapper. Must try their desserts! The bread pudding was our favorite. We will be back.”
“I tried this restaurants for the first time yesterday March/24/2024, staff are sweet and nice, Service are great, atmosphere are cool, the Koubideh Kebob was absolutely AMAZING.The only thing that I wasn't a big fan of was the Appetizers "Combination Platter" was overpriced and didn't taste as good.”
“Food is authentic and well priced! Staff is so nice too. Atmosphere is modern too. I don't usually write cause I eat at home and not impressed by Chinese restraunts but this is something else. Cannot go wrong.”

“Have eaten at Cosina Hermanas maybe a dozen times. I always enjoyed their taco plates - a good variety of really good street food! The last 2 times there I ordered two versions of their pork belly. Gotta say, this is the absolute BEST Chicharron Ahumado I've ever had... the spices and technique make these dishes off the charts. I've become passionate over Chef Arturo's truly magnificent pork belly! I cannot recommend this enough!!Happy eating at Cocina Hermanas!”
“Fresh! F-resh my Tucson $13+$5(pulled chic) salad was crispy fresh and savory. A regular sized meal couldn't be completed by myself. Covered with ranch and sweet /smokey BBQ sauce and peppered with cheese , black beans and cilantro, my dinner was a satisfying meal. “For sure my favorite breakfast place in town, Sunday Branch! People who work there are the best, homemade delicious food, and just feels good to be there all around.”
“We had our Easter meal here, and it was fantastic. This was our third time, and every time we have been there the food has been outstanding. We ordered from the prix fix menu made especially for Easter for $65 per person. Find the menu below. Every item we had was amazing, and the portions were quite large. I have had all of those foods before but nowhere near as good. The best part, though, was Andrea. When we mentioned we were heading to Italy soon and asked how to pronounce "Grazie", he actually sat down with us and gave us some phrases to say, tours to go on and what foods to order. He was awesome! I realize they are new here and have some kinks to work out, but I really believe this could be an incredible addition to our awesome town. I'm hopeful the community supports it. Antipasti Burrata Prosciutto San Daniele prosciutto, Fioruccio burratta, EVOO, XX balsamic syrup, garlic crostini Primi Risotto di Zucca Organic butternut squash, arborio rice, onions, butter, cream, vegetable stock, toasted breadcrumbs, touch of nutmeg Secondi Scottadito d'angello Sonoma lamb lollipop, poached chilis & garlic, sauteed red chard, roasted rosemary potatoes, salsa verde Dolci Cannoli Sweet ricotta cream, chocolate chips, pastry shell”

“From the moment we stepped into this authentic Korean restaurant in Danville, California, it was clear we were in for a treat. We chose this spot to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. The employees were the heart and soul of our delightful experience. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to one gentleman who went above and beyond, playing songs from my friend’s favorite K-pop group. His thoughtful gesture added a personalized touch to our celebration and truly made my friend’s day. Now, let’s talk about the star of the show - the food. Every dish was a burst of authentic Korean flavors, cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The quality and taste were incredible, providing us with a culinary journey that we’re eager to embark on again. This restaurant not only served us delicious food but also created a memorable birthday celebration for my friend, thanks to its wonderful employees and their exceptional service. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts, already planning our next visit. If you’re in Danville and craving authentic Korean cuisine, do yourself a favor and visit this place. “We love the Darkest Chocolate here. This has become our sort celebratory go-to place to reward our kids for when they are their best behavior.Vegetarian options: Their Darkest Chocolate ice cream is Vegan. Not sure if there are other vegan or vegetarian options.”
“I cannot express how much I love a dedicated gluten free facility. It makes it so easy for my celiac husband to find tasty treats and drinks. The desserts, particularly the cookies and cupcakes are so good you would never know the difference between non-gluten free items (I say this as someone who eats non gluten free items all the time). We love the desserts so much we ordered our wedding cake from here and it turned out beautifully! We could not recommend this place enough. It's a little pricey but that's to be expected with the pricer ingredients and in being in an expensive area.”
“We tried this bakery for the first time last week. The owner was really nice and friendly. We have a daughter and son in law that are vegan. We purchased vegan rice crispie treats and brownies. My son in law said the brownies were the best he has ever had and everyone loved the vegan rice crispie treats. I also purchased a few non vegan Oatmeal raisin cookies which I just loved. We also purchased raspberry jammies MAJOR YUMMY.... they had other fruit but we love raspberry. We had everything to go so I did not eat anything there. The bakery was very clean and well managed. I now have a great go to place for vegan and non vegan pastries and cookies.”

“Great service. I asked barista for a refill (warm up) and he kindly , with a smile, took my ice cold cup and warmed it up. Thank you! I'll be back and tip as appropriate... I tip after service... btw :-))”
“Friendly, attentive service. Perfect fish and chips, (crunchy batter, soft, moist fish, un-soggy fries), paired great with a double IPA. Cobb salad was loaded, and very fresh. Iron Horse Trail proximity gives biking and walking options, but there's plenty of off-street car parking.”
“Warning, going here may cause you to lose interest in any other Thai restaurants. The food tastes great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are wonderful.”
“This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Danville! I lovvvve all of their dishes ! Excellent quality of fresh ingredients and delicious! I tried all the Thai restaurants in Danville , San Ramon, Dublin and this place is the place to be! The best!”
“We had a very enjoyable experience here! My friend and I split a money burger and fried chicken sandwich so we could each try them both. They were both so tasty! We did order the burger medium and it came medium well, no biggie for us. It was still tasty, loaded with flavor. The fried chicken sandwich was also good, crispy and not dry, yummy sauce. Truffle fries were fire as well. Crispy edges, soft middle, great taste. Our waiter was super friendly and a joy to talk to. The ambiance inside is a little loud but lively, it's clean, and there are tv's with games showing. Outside looked nice too, there are heaters. Prices are fair, and great location. Would recommend!”
“Customer service was really good. The girl who had taken my order was super nice and friendly. The frozen yogurt there is also always good! The vibes are just really great too since it's more in the downtown area.”
“We tried lemon caper prawns linguine and chicken mushroom marsala penne and we love it! A bit pricey for $24 each but serving is huge and they don’t skimp on sauce. Make sure to dip the bread into the sauce. We couldn’t finish the meal since its a lot so we brought it home. We ate the leftovers for lunch today! Next time we’ll try their red sauce. ?”
“The wings and onion rings were okay, but the Bill's Philly was absolutely delicious, especially with pickles!! (I'm a real pickle person haha)Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp to get into the restaurant”
“I have been to a bunch of Chinese restaurants in the area, but I always keep coming back to Leo's. The food is just better here, and some of the best Chinese cuisine you'll find in the East Bay. The unassuming family-run restaurant is rather small, but the service is excellent, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. And they are very agreeable to modifying a dish to suit your taste. The menu is large and features some unique dishes. The tangerine beef was a perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and crispy... almost like eating candy. And the dried cooked green beans are a regular favorite for me, crunchy and flavorful. They have a full bar and wine list too. Always a good meal here.”
“I really liked the food which I ordered. Had an amazing French toast. It was really unique in taste . Apart from this , ordered Benedict which was perfectly cooked .Service: 3.5/ 5Patio gives really nice vibe. However, we need to order at the counter. Weekend is really busy. I would suggest to go little early than busy timingsAtmosphere: I really liked the patio. But restaurant should have dedicated team to clean up the tables etc mainly at weekends”

“Its a Taco Bell so don't expect authentic tasty Mexican Food, but this time was pretty good. Although, Taco Bell does not replace Authentic Mexican eateries, is does a great job as a fast food restaurant. Food: 1. Chicken bowl {4/5 stars, $6} - Bowl with chicken, rice, beans, guacamole, cheese, and lime ranch. Decent taste and quality. Chicken was tender and juicy, rice was soft and fluffy, and lime ranch was good. Chicken was a little lite on this meal is the only downside. 2. Grilled Cheese burrito {4/5 stars, $4} - Interesting concept, basically a cheese burrito with meat and melted cheese on the outside... but no cheese was melted outside. 3. Cheesy Gordita Crunch {4/5 stars, $5} - taco with cheese and meat inside with a "crunchy" Dorito layer. Dorito was not crunchy from what I was told. Service Online Order: Fast. Was ready before time. Easy ordering process online. Overall: A fast and convenient way to get a taste of fast food Mexican without the wait or price. Other than that, not a place to frequent often in my opinion.”
“Conveniently located McDonald's in the Blackhawk area. Great consistent food for a McDonald's and has curb side as well as drive through pick up. Good service from the team there as well.”
“Warning, going here may cause you to lose interest in any other Thai restaurants. The food tastes great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are wonderful.”

“I call Elliot's the last frontier. A place where regular people go, after a hard day of working, doing what they do. Except, there are no more horses outside ”
“i've always loved fosters freeze, i got a carmel milkshake it was super smooth and yummy :) Service was great cashier was chill and the woman cooking was very sweet.I always like the vibe of a foster freeze Lol.”
“Such a nice place in Danville. The chicken shawarma plate was delicious. Very good sized portions with plenty of chicken and a nice amount of sauce. The fries were fresh off the grill; generous portions, hot and tasty. The eggplant dish was very generous and tasty. Yummy desserts too. Friendly service and clean. I highly recommend this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Great for vegetarian diets.Kid-friendliness: Clean and safe. Good options for kids.”
“I tried Chicken club pizza today. It was so good. Friendly environment. Also they have 30% off on all large pizzas every Tuesday for pick up and din ine.. good spot for birthday parties, have so much space and arcades ..”
“this farmers' market seems to be running all year round, it's a pretty big parking area, food, flowers, fruits, crafts.Sometimes we bike there on saturdays morning, have a rest on the benches, buy something to eat, chat with friends for a while, then head back. pretty enjoyable.”
“This place is very good and elegantly decorated. Great variety of cocktails and appetizers. Great place for a Happy Hour or a date. Nice music too and you can park in the parking lot nearby for free.”
“Probably the cleanest Costco food court I've ever seen. Tables, floor and even the soda machine is clean. The staff did an excellent job to keep the place clean”
“In the place of the old Danville Bakery, next door to Pete's Brass Rail & Carwash. They have off-street parking. That's a big plus. Limited seating, but we came in the early afternoon and this was not an issue. There is also seating outside. We were looking for a little after lunch dessert/snack and coffee. This turned out to be the perfect place. The Mexican mocha was excellent, but the main reason we chose this spot was the baked goods. They have a great selection of croissants, cookies, muffins, pastries, and more goodies than I could handle. I could only pick one and went with the cherry cheese danish. This was perfect.”
“What an excellent lunch spot! Delicious food and prompt service. The light-brunette teenage girl met me with a smile and was eager to help :) I will be recommending this wonderful deli and cafe!”
“The service was great, shout out to my Spanish-speaking employees. The burger was good, the fries were OK and I had refills on my soda. ? ? ? Pretty standard experience except for the price tag was $22 for this meal. Now, for a burger this seems pretty excessive. I don’t understand the hype, especially because I can make a delicious tasting burger at home, for a fraction of the price. ?”
“The portions are very generous in this restaurant.I do mostly take-out. Foods are of good quality, good flavor, very healthy, and large portions. The prices are reasonable. We come often.Parking: Business is always busy such that parking lot is also busy.”
“Love their Ruben sandwich. Always warm and friendly staff. Nadia is my waitress by choice. She remembers all her customers and greets you with a smile. PS. Love the banana cream ”

“Best pizza around. If you're looking for an authentic cheese pizza look no further. Other pizza joints will take thin crust too far, or burn the crust. Blackhawk hits the mark every time. Worth the drive.”
“We enjoyed dinner at Incontro with our friends traveling from Montana. This has become a regular spot for us when they come. There is always great food and service. We never been disappointed!”
“Another catering order well done by Melo's of Livermore! We used them for my daughter's birthday before ever even ordering from them and they did not disappoint. Literally everyone LOVED the food. So without any hesitation they were my first thought for what we could serve to our staff for the in-service training today. We picked up the order last night and placed it in the oven this afternoon. Even with being reheated it tasted just as good as it did the first time! Our teachers absolutely loved the fettucia con pollo. Thank you Melo's!”

“This place is beautiful. They also have outside sitting. Perfect for date nights. They have a big selection of wine and liquor drinks. Sergio the bartender was amazing, amazing service. His drinks were so good. The manager Brittney came to check in that I absolutely loved. I felt very welcomed. I look forward to coming again. This is place you brag to friends, family and even strangers.”
“The food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Everything tastes very flavorful and homemade. The Qabili Palao was especially good, the lamb was cooked to perfection.”

“Ordered DoorDash from here a few times. Each time the pasta has been excellent and good value. Since I ordered for pickup all I can say about service is that it's quick and everyone is nice. The ambiance of the place looks great as well.”

“Love the decor and feel of the place. Solid, well priced menu and wine/cocktail list. Friendly servers and staff. My only complaint is that the main entree - short rib - while excellent and flavorful was too small and a bit under salted for my taste. Same with the starter meatballs-while it was a good portion size for a starter, it could have used a bit more salt.”
“We always enjoy the food here (this time Steak, Risotto, 2 way chicken, Salmon), although the menu seemed more limited than last time (6 months ago). Unfortunately there was a huge birthday party going on (including video screen, etc.) and they gave them a microphone which blasted through the whole restaurant. Good wine selection and I always enjoy the Doubtfire cocktail (jalapeño infused tequila),”
“We have visited this restaurant twice. It’s located in downtown Danville and is set in a historic bungalow. There are two buildings for seating and a large patio. If you want authentic Italian food this is the place. Reservations recommended. All the servers are friendly and well versed on the menu. We have had the Margarita Pizza which was delicious! The crust is not too thick and just slightly chewy. We’ve also sat at the bar and ordered pasta dishes. The Aperol Spritz is a favorite as well as an extensive wine and cocktail list.Parking: Parking is off street, and can be busy during the weekend hours.”
“This was my first visit to Yellow Chili’s Danville location. Being in a nice area and close to 680, location is great, and the other good thing is that there’s ample parking space around. This used to be a Chilli’s location which has been taken over by Yellow Chilli. The selection range for beverages, appetizers and entrées is great. We tried few different things, both vegetarian and chicken, and all were delicious. The wait staff provided good service, not rushing to get the order, and then spacing the items appropriately. Then why 4 stars??The gulab jamun that we ordered for dessert had no flavor. Only sweetness that it had was of the “gulukand” in its core, and that also did not go along very well. It just spoiled the good taste of the food that we had just had. And then the masala chai was lukewarm milk with slight flavor of masala. That tanked it all.Putting it over here hoping that they will pay attention to this. But still recommending this place, and surely revisiting sometime soon.”
Good luck!”
“We were early and beat the lunch crowd. Service was very good, and our lunch meals were good as well. I had the Wagyu burger and my husband had the French Dip. We ordered the fries crispy and they were perfectly cooked. Great spot with lots of parking, sat in a comfy booth which is always my preffered seating.”
“AMAZING sushi spot in the East Bay! Their staff was great, their rolls were super fresh, and the atmosphere is ????. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for the best sushi spot in the East ”
“Great small place. Fast efficient service. Really tasty food. Friendly staff.Sauces are great. Constant flow of customers. It is not a huge sit-down place, but great to slow down and have a conversation.”

“Ordered cheese pizza for kids for dinner. Ordered a large pizza for around $24. The pizza was warm and fresh. The sauce and cheese were enough and of good quality. The interior was good and service was prompt.”
“Wow!!! I ordered the salmon avocado roll and the dragon roll. Compared to MJ sushi which is a block away, they give you so much more for a similar price. Good quality sushi and they also give you complimentary miso soup and salad which has a lot more ingredients than your average sushi place. Highly recommend this place is my new go to sushi place!”
“I love sitting out on the front patio under the heaters and watching people and cars go by, while eating a great meal. The experience gives off quaint small town vibes.”
