I just tried high tech burrito recently and was surprised by how good it was. The menu is so vast that I was skeptical at first but the food was really good and made to order. I tried the quesobirra tacos and they were phenomenal. The shrimp burrito was also really good, the shrimp was very flavorful. The street tacos are also a must have. HTB has been around for over 25 years. I used to eat here frequently years ago, but I stopped going since I noticed a big decrease in quality and an increase in prices. I heard it got much better recently, so I decided to give it another shot. I was pleasantly surprised. The food quality, portion sizes and prices were good. Tbh I didn't expect much when visiting high-tech burrito, from purely the pictures on Yelp, reviews and the walking by, I though this would be another chipotle/ Americanized Mexican spot, lacking flavor and authenticity.
