“I've visited this location 2 or 3 times a week for the past 4 months. Not everyone here greets you when you walk in, and some who do seem to do it begrudgingly. But two employees, Cici and Ezzy, always greet me with warm smiles and the hospitality you'd expect from seasoned food service workers.

Last week I came in to order a cake. I'd never ordered one before and wasn't sure what I was looking for. As soon as I asked how the process worked, Cici jumped in and was very enthusiastic to help me out. You can tell she loves making cakes. She walked me through every part of the order, explained all of the options available, and was happy to answer all of my questions about customizations and details. I left knowing exactly what I was getting.

I liked the $1.31 a scoop deal that was offered on Saturday, March 18. I normally like the regular rainbow sherbet because it has the best combination of sherberts, especially the Pineapple sherbert. On this day, I had the Wild N Reckless Sherbert on a cone. I like the sound of the combination of blue raspberry, green apple and fruit punch flavors, and it was great.“

It’s clean, all the flavors/machines were functioning and all the toppings were well stocked and clean/fresh. There were some seating as well. There’s probably enough space in there for a few more seats along the wall on one side, but not complaining because at the pace of customers coming in, there was plenty of seating. Self serve, so minimal interaction with the staff but they seemed nice.
