Tried their double date and mango - both delicious, creamy and genuinely flavorful. Faloodeh shirazi, unfortunately, was a bit disappointing. Something was off, maybe an after taste of tap water?Saffron and Rose on Westwood in LA is still my favorite Persian ice cream. I always get their faloodeh or cucumber. Golnazar's faloodeh doesn't quite hold up. My husband loves saffron and pistachio so we're to try that next.
GOL Ice Cream is located in the Castle Companies business center. I believe you may either pick up or have the ice cream delivered. I had a chance to try a few of their ice cream sandwiches and pints as well. I do prefer their ice cream sandwiches because of the wafers that sandwiched their ice cream together.
