The ice cream is good but always soft and borderline melted. It's been this way for over a year. Maybe the freezers are not cold enough. Other customers in there said the same thing.
I went to Baskin Robbins with a few of my friends. I ordered a single scoop rainbow shorbet for 4.99. It was good but really sour. But I personally like sour, so I enjoyed it. There was one staff doing the orders and each time someone asked for a sample she would roll her eyes as she got the sample. Could've been nicer but at least the ice cream was really good. The bulding inside was clean and spacious.
