They have stopped wearing gloves while serving and scooping ice cream.
Not very clean, but icecream is good. Staff can be slow sometimes, but other times they are great.
I ordered three identical ice creams with waffle cups, but I was charged $41 and all three came in different sizes. The service was poor — I pointed it out to the staff, but nothing was done about it. The team needs better training so the service is more consistent and standardized, and customers receive a better overall experience.
