Pretty bad experience this morning 2/16. I ordered a Vente Gr Matcha Tea Latte. After waiting almost 1/2 hr I asked about it. Young guy had filled about 5-6 drink orders after me, said he was sorry, got drink. Get to car to find out he gave me wrong order (coffee) despite correct drink label on cup. Back in store, explain I can’t drink coffee —- they correct to Matcha, but didn’t use fresh cup so could still taste coffee in my Matcha. Disappointing for price and after...read full review
I like coming to this location as it is the closest to my place however, lately I have observed they have sheer chaos in the morning, starting from 7AM all the way to 11:30 AM. Too many orders come in but they have super limited space to even put the prepared food and drinks out. At times I feel sorry for the staff but they need to find creative ways to manage the morning rush of people and their orders.
