Ordered caramel late and I got hot milk with caramel, no coffee taste there. I’m not sure if they need additional training how to make coffee properly or they loose their sense of what coffee is. Also coffee was extremely hot.

This Starbucks location Always unclean and the floor dirty, I come here at different times, I noticed that . It’s different than other Starbucks locations , please clean it .

Strange experience here. There seemed to be another store manager from another location pick up some trays and she was super chatty and distracting the other manager while they were working.They were playing Ariana Grande’s thank you next album, so for that 4 stars.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pretty bad experience this morning 2/16. I ordered a Vente Gr Matcha Tea Latte. After waiting almost 1/2 hr I asked about it. Young guy had filled about 5-6 drink orders after me, said he was sorry, got drink. Get to car to find out he gave me wrong order (coffee) despite correct drink label on cup. Back in store, explain I can’t drink coffee —- they correct to Matcha, but didn’t use fresh cup so could still taste coffee in my Matcha. Disappointing for price and after now waiting about 40 min to get right order. :-(

I like coming to this location as it is the closest to my place however, lately I have observed they have sheer chaos in the morning, starting from 7AM all the way to 11:30 AM. Too many orders come in but they have super limited space to even put the prepared food and drinks out. At times I feel sorry for the staff but they need to find creative ways to manage the morning rush of people and their orders.

I am a regular customer of Starbucks, but this location I rarely visit. The last two times, the young ladies were a bit rude. I felt unwelcome and I will avoid this location in the future.

Friendly baristas and very nice staff. Came in to get my birthday drink and for some reason the app didn't generate the reward so the staff was unable to ring me up at first. I offered to show them my ID to prove my birthday date and the staff went ahead and honored it anyways without needing to see the ID. Pleasant interaction and thanks for making my day!

I mobile ordered my Venti Carmel Brûlée yesterday early morning. I expected my order to be ready after getting gas. I arrived to see a very busy Starbucks & my coffee was not ready. In fact, I waited approx 20 mins. I was not upset because even when I had to wait, I saw how organized they were. 2-3 Barristas making the orders & 1 very nice female organizing all mobile orders waiting to be picked up & calling out names. Their effort to distribute orders was/is appreciated. Other Starbucks do not do this, coffees sit on counter and orders get mixed up because customers are moving & putting their hands all over coffee tops searching for their order. I will say, a few years ago I stopped coming to this Magnolia site per a very rude employee & uninterested manager. I started coming back here since Costco gas opened, it's around the corner. I'm back and only come to this location because my coffee is made just like I order it. I customize my coffees & my Carmel Brûlée was exactly what I asked for yesterday. Please keep up with reading "custom" orders & the good system you have now, fulfilling & distributing orders to avoid chaos when so many order sit on counter waiting to be picked up. So far, this is a great location and Thanks for my Free Starbucks cup.

Charged for large drink, but received medium. They argued about it instead of replacing. The food warm up took forever, waited more than 15 minutes in empty branch.

The guy with the "RECEDING" hairline is a animated character the rudeness was very foul and shouldn't be accepted in a public place where you pay your money I definitely won't be coming back to this place! What a "Mitch"

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The in-store experience I had today was the worse. Waited 20 mins before I finally decided to follow up on my order. The staff clearly didn't care because all they said was "oh, i don't know". Spoke to the manager who confirmed my drinks have not been started, and offered a refund. I ordered cold brew. Doesn't that take less than a minute to pour? Regardless, Worse customer service ever.

If I could give zero stars regarding my experience today I would. Placed my mobile order at 8:46 am didn't get it in my hand until 9:06. And the only reason I got it that fast is cause I complained and she grabbed my order and started it. Should not take that long to make drinks but they were understaffed and the staff that was there moved slow and clumsily. Another guest ordered a drink with chocolate sprinkles and the staff couldn't even find the sprinkles to refill the shaker. There should be a senior staff person scheduled to help obvious rush times like Sunday mornings. This used to be the best location and now I have no desire to go back due to the lack of leadership and speed to get my beverage

I ordered caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino.The drink was totally fine. The only remark is that they added to much ice.

My usual order is iced espresso with 4 shots and 5 pumps white mocha. Today, they let the white mocha sit on the bottom with iced espresso on top instead of mixing it before adding ice. When I asked for it to be mixed, the barista took it and mixed it and gave it back to me and walked away without a word and ignored me when I asked for a straw.9/10 times, they don't mix the drink before adding ice. I've had to tell them this numerous times and it doesn't get through. I just don't understand what is so hard about mixing the drink before adding ice...doesn't that make more sense?I've been going here for 2 years and now I'm tired of having to explain how to make this simple drink. Will not be coming here anymore.
