“First time here, and the outdoor area is so pretty. As soon as we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and cozy, the interior is really nice. Customer service is top-notch. Everyone greeted us with a smile, and even another employee who walked by made sure to say hello. We ordered a hot mocha, and it was delicious, especially the dark chocolate mocha, which I loved! We’ll definitely be back to grab a bite too.

We finally dined in and customer service was amazing, the presentation of the items we ordered looked so pretty, we tried mango crape OOOMMMGGG DELICIOUS 😋 fresh mangoes it was filled with mangoes worth every penny! The mocha looked so so so pretty!“

“We’ve been here a few times now. My husband really enjoys the Spanish latte. I’ve tried a few different drinks and thought they were good, but my five stars go to the amazing customer service. Irene was incredibly helpful, she answered our questions, warmly greeted us, and made a point to say goodbye to customers as they were leaving. She is very welcoming. There is plenty of seating inside, and the place is clean, tidy, and comfortable.“

“I have now been to this location at least 5 times. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere cheerful, with enough seating both inside and out. I like that they have self-serve water. I keep wanting to try something new -- they have lots of options -- but every time I order the avocado smash toast, I am always so satisfied and delighted that I can't bring myself to order something else! The avocado is ALWAYS fresh and never past its prime. That must be hard to do. I appreciate their quality assurance. (I can recall from other restaurants or sandwich shops the disappointment of paying extra for avocado but getting fruit that has that weird/bad taste of old avocados.) The smash has these scrumptious little marinated cherry tomatoes and microgreens and the tiniest hint of heat from a little chili oil. Yum. A feast the the eyes, too. Toastique in Danville is a great place to have a leisurely breakfast with a friend or a post-workout snack. “After doing a 42 mile cycle we needed to refuel. We had been to nectar once before and had a good experience so back we went again This time the experience was even better while my one friend had a smoothie and the other one had a bowl and it was great and the waffle with a little avocado on unbelievable highly recommend it nice people clean and I mean clean“

“Bagels are not the chewy type, they are much fluffier and delicious.
But the Dutch Crunch is not good. It looks great but it is extremely sweet and too soft, to the extent that is not bread anymore. Taste like dessert to me. too soft for a bread (tears easily), too sweet for a bread and lacks the signature crunch you expect.“

“I have ate here 20+ times. Ever since maybe mid 2024 there has been a large decrease in quality.

The hot special used to be much more inventive, usually spicy, but now it seems generic and basic.

There is also a lot of staff turnover, I have had a lot of inconsistent sandwiches, and inconsistent standards of service.

The cookie with nuts has remained the same however. I would implore whoever is running it right now to rehire the person who was in charge of creating the hot specials.“

“I placed a mobile order for pickup and completely messed up my own order by accident. It was just one of those days. I accidentally ordered one coffee with two flavors instead of two separate coffees with one flavor each. I was honestly embarrassed when I realized what I had done, but the barista was so kind and gracious about fixing it. They were clearly SO BUSY but she didn’t make me feel bad or make a fuss about it at all. “It's always good to support small business. And this is such a nice place to try all different kinds of drinks. I have been visiting this place for many time for long time since my daughter shared with me. I really enjoyed the simple environment, high quality of drinks and nice service. I have tried Spanish coffee, Matcha strawberry latte and Mango shaved ice. They all taste good.
Today I entered the small shop as usual and ordered Matcha strawberry latte. After few minutes it was ready. I took picture of it and shared with my daughter. I mixed the drink and then had a couple sips. Then I looked at it and found out 2/3 of the drink is gone already and the ice exposed which almost occupied the whole cup, btw it's medium. Then I went to the young man work was working there, described what I got, pointed out that the ice should not be that much. I mentioned I had been there and ordered the same drink for many times, the ice never be that much. The young man just kept saying OK, OK, OK… mentioned he just dumped The ice like that. I told him that I just wanted to let him know that the ice level like this is not right. And I was not expecting refund Or another drink at all. I just need to let them know. Then I left.
The purpose of this review is not to blame anyone, or make any negative comments. No one can guarantee not make any mistakes or make things right all the time. While when something happened, they need to face that, realize And admit that it's not right, then try to improve it.

I parked my emoto on the side of the building ( front) one entrance into the closed off path around the restaurant ( good bike parking) not for motorcycles ( too heavy and big) ,bicycles, ebikes and emotos are just fine.“

“I had once had their sandwich in person at their brick and mortar. The brioche was fluffy and buttery. Eggs creamy and soft. Sauce savory and sweet. Potions are generous.

It was delicious, so I ordered it for the first time on Doordash hoping for a similar experience.

It was still a good sandwich, but fell from 10/10 to 8/10. The brioche bread was burnt(blackened not just brown) instead of toasted. I had requested extra sauce and got only the standard amount.

Still a good sandwich, but execution has gotten worse since last time. Go in person next time, instead of delivery. That way you can get your order fixed if it's not done well.

Last time I went there was plenty of seating, but the vibe is very basic. The robot server was kinda annoying, I’d rather they just call my name and I go pick it up.

The photo doesn’t do it justice because I couldn’t hold back eating it before posting. The chai tea is a house made blend, with all organic ingredients. Try it as a latte with a shot of espresso. It’s so much better than the chai syrup concentrated drink you get at Starbucks, and you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. This is the best place to stop by before walking the reservoir, before/after your trader joe’s run, or to sit down and catch up with a friend over coffee or boba tea(also incredibly fresh and chewy boba). Not to mention, it’s a great study spot you can sit and study at all day. They now offer breakfast burritos and sandwiches, which makes this place even better than all the competing chain coffee shops in the area. The owner, Apple, is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet, and so kind and welcoming.“
