The Grille at Blackhawk

We made a reservation, drove over an hour, and the sign on the window indicated it's permanently closed down.

Excellent food and great service. Salmon cooked perfectly. My husband's steak cooked perfectly. One of our guests had ribs and said they were great.

Food was great, servers were very nice, clean establishment. Only thing is when you walk in you don't know where to go. There's 2 doors and there was no one at the front. We had to walk around almost to the kitchen to be seated.

Since it was Christmas Eve, we all ordered from the prefix menu which was $69 per person with a variety of items. The service was really lacking which was disappointing since it was Christmas Eve. One of the servers came by with dessert when two people at our table were still eating. There was no space to put down the desserts so I told him that we were still eating. Then he says that he can bring it back if I want so I said OK. Later on when we were ready for dessert, they brought out our four desserts and two of them must've been from earlier because the ice cream was completely melted. I had to then find them again to ask them to exchange our dessert for ones with ice cream that hasn't melted.  Overall, the surface was just really slow and it wasn't always easy to fly down to our server. Now when it came down to pay, they accidentally charged us $100 less when they ran the credit card so of course we informed them. At first, the server couldn't understand the problem with the bill so we had to explain it to her two or three times that they charged us too little. It then took another 15 minutes for them to properly process the refund and recharge us before they brought back the check. When she brought it back, the server made a comment about how everything is right now without truly thanking us for saving them over $100. If I wanted to be a jerk I would've just paid the wrong amount and walked out.  Based on this experience, I have no desire to go back to this place. 

They should of have more Christmas decorations, no Christmas vibe 🤷‍♀️ Blackhawk mall should have new management. Beautiful area but the mall was dead

We recently celebrated a very special birthday in the private room at the Grille at Blackhawk. All 36 guests had a wonderful time. It was a joy to work with Brenda, who helped us plan a lovely celebration. The two servers who managed the event were friendly and professional and catered to every need. We were thoroughly impressed with every detail.

We celebrated a birthday with over 30 guests and everything was terrific! The food was top-notch -- especially their burger -- and service right on time. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience!

Food was good. The fries that were served with my Fish & Chips was very tasty and had a good crunch! Our favorite is the Toffee Cake.

We had a perfect THANKSGIVING DINNER at Blackhawk Grill. Everything tastes just the way we like it. Service was excellant.

Great choice for our Thanksgiving Day meal. The food was delicious, with great service and perfect atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

This place has slowly become our local go-to. The food is excellent every time, they are kid-friendly and welcoming, there is plenty of parking and you can't beat a shady patio seat by the water. While the shopping center itself is kind of a weird ghost-town, we keep The Grille in our rotation as our favorite option for a family meal out.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menus with crayons, brings kid drinks in plastic with lid and straw, kid-portions of great quality food (we usually order 2 kids meals to split between our 3 pre-schoolers).

One of our many favorite places in the Blackhawk plaza. With your shopping in the stores next-door or you just coming for excellent meal this is the place to go view, man-made lake, quiet, distinctive, great service and excellent food.
