Food was great, servers were very nice, clean establishment. Only thing is when you walk in you don't know where to go. There's 2 doors and there was no one at the front. We had to walk around almost to the kitchen to be seated.
Since it was Christmas Eve, we all ordered from the prefix menu which was $69 per person with a variety of items. The service was really lacking which was disappointing since it was Christmas Eve. One of the servers came by with dessert when two people at our table were still eating. There was no space to put down the desserts so I told him that we were still eating. Then he says that he can bring it back if I want so I said OK. Later on when we were ready for dessert, they brought...
We recently celebrated a very special birthday in the private room at the Grille at Blackhawk. All 36 guests had a wonderful time. It was a joy to work with Brenda, who helped us plan a lovely celebration. The two servers who managed the event were friendly and professional and catered to every need. We were thoroughly impressed with every detail.
