I placed a take out order online, got an email confirmation with pick up time, and when I showed up, it was a different restaurant. Called the phone number and it went to the new restaurant. I WAS CHARGED for the food I never received! I replied to the email confirmation asking for a refund and no response. Had to file dispute with my bank!

Ordered a chicken sandwich menu said 10.99 guy brings it out with fries and the charge was 20$ and change for a thin chicken sandwich. He tells me they all come with fries now and you can’t order it without fries. POS.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your money or time. I ordered the slider platter and it was overcharged damn near 30% more than the El Cerrito and Vallejo locations and the 4 different burger options we chose were terrible. The bacon wasn't even fully cooked on one of our options. The fries had no seasoning and were overcooked and the onion rings tasted like crap. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! You got my money once but never again!

I love taking my daughter here for a quick lunch. She has the kid size burger while I usually have the angus beef burger. Love to explore Halal options in the Bay Area. Would love to come back and explore more of their menu.

Great gluten free and regular options, my favorite side is Brussels sprouts. Also their cowboy burger reminds me of a nostalgic Carl’s Jr burger from college, but 10x better. Love the onion rings! Also the ingredients are fresh and the place is nice, clean, and has huge big screens for when the games come on

Food is always greasy, I had burgers in different locations and they were way better than this one, the location isn't clean, they have changed the menu into an Indian menu and kept the name.

Very good burgers. High-quality ingredients. I order online and pick up without issue. The funny thing is, BurgerIM is right across the parking lot from a McDonald's. With the prices and poor quality of McDonald's today, it makes perfect sense to eat at BurgerIM.

I'm not sure how anyone can rank these burgers as higher than a 2. I guess maybe if they've never eaten a quality hamburger. Nice place inside and the burgers look attractive. These burgers literally have no flavor and are fairly dry. It tastes like a burger you would get at a cafeteria. They don't seem to even put salt on them. The fries are as lackluster as the burgers. If you are going to focus on burgers as your main menu item, you better knock it out of the park and this place strikes out. Once and done for our family.

They need to update their MENUs. Beware the menu prices are incorrect for the Make A Meal pricing. Even though it clearly states $3.99 on their outside posters and inside menu, I was told it's incorrect and now $4.99 for the Trio/Duos. So disappointed that even after pointing these blatant discrepancies out, they refused to make any adjustments. The Falafel slider was a great size, along with the burgers. Unfortunately the Paneer slider was tasty but so skimpy, not close to the size of the bun, very thin and they charged .99 extra for it. SMH. Also .99 for 1/3 piece of bacon on a slider. SMH. I'm never eating here again. $45 later, I regret coming here instead of Beeps nearby in Blackhawk Plaza: better quality beef, transparent pricing and better value for $. 2 stars for food -tasted decent and cashier.

After a 22 mile ride and was starving.The staff was kind enough to let me park my $$$$ bike inside. Establishment clean and food was fantastic. Can’t wait to try the Falafel Burger and Paneer wraps being vegetarian (almost vegan). The Paneer Burger was perfect, portions were healthy size and was very happy I stopped in to try them out.Vegetarian options: At least 35% of menu is vegetarianKid-friendliness: Super kindParking: Large plaza parkingWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space between tables and service areas.
