I have been to 20+ chipotle locations, for some reason this one is unreasonably sub-par. Service was poor, serving sizes were small, and there is just a general attitude from the staff “I don’t want to be here.”

Why do you only give me small portions? When I say I want guac, I want you to dump it on until I scream at you to stop. And when I ask for beans, I want beans not the bean water. And stop giving me the stale chips and the brown guac. And why was there one time when an employee put sour cream on my burrito when I asked for salsa. I’m very sad about all of this but I will still keep eating chipotle because I am the lord of the big backs.

Terrible service. The blonde guy working there is not helpful, but discriminatory and aggressive. All the other staff just seem to hate their job except maybe one or two. Don't even get me started on sanitation. Some had gloves on, some had one, and some worked bare handed.

Says they open at 10:45. All employees sitting at the tables eating on their phones. Without a care in the world while some of us only get 30 minutes for lunch. Thanks for nothing. Will not patronize this place ever

This is a terrible Chipotle. I have been several times over the past few months and my bowl has been nearly inedible every time. The steak is full of fat. The fajita veggies and never cooked. The tables inside are never clean. When I ordered a lifestyle bowl online, instead of a bed of mixed super greens, someone just threw a few pieces of romaine on top. I will never eat here again. Next time, drive the extra 3 minutes to the location in San Ramon.
Its so uncomfortable to walk into a business where its very obvious the workers hate their job. The young man with dark hair making orders shows how much he hates you by how he makes your food. The sour cream was contaminated with corn lettuce and pico degaio and all i asked was for a fresh one and him and Shane the register saw nothing wrong with it. It had a yellow liquid on top im sure that wasnt todays fresh bowl of sour cream. Its really not that difficult of a task to do when you work at a fast food place. I had a other male worker smash my chips bag before giving it to me too he was wearing glasses. The young women who were working here did a spectacular job compared to this team. Im disgusted and feel so uncomfortable coming here their customer service will be reported to management. Thats how bad it is as a customer

Our family would order at this location since the kids like the food and it’s easy as a busy family. We’ve finally had it and will no longer go to this location. The staff is extremely rude, 0 customer service and the food is just not prepared properly. Either super spicy or salty, can’t get orders correct (ordered a meal and they added no meat, just rice and pico????) and we’ve just had it. 3-4 times this has happened. Spoke to a ‘manager’ and obviously falls on deaf ears. Recommendation is just NOT GOING. We’ve had it…. New leadership, new processes, and significant training needed, or just close the location.
