Past 4 times I’ve gone the have been out of chicken among other ingredients and been in zero hurry to restock.
The workers are not trained properly and can’t move fast. One Employee didn’t know how to wrap a burrito and her boss had to fix it
The costumer service is also horrible the employees act like they hate you and their jobs, normally I would chalk it up to a bad day but four times without fail is obnoxious. One lady wouldn’t even talk to me I asked when the chicken would be back in stock, she just glared at me and the tapped a sign the said they where temperaliy out of chicken. Great. So helpful.
On top of being out of chicken and steak constantly they also under serve you I ordered a bowl and the portion didn’t even fill half the height of the cardboard part, I understand portions vary each time but my meal shouldn’t be have empty especially if I had to pivot from my plan because you failed to place the correct food order.
This is my local chipotle within a mile of my house so it says ALOT when I refuse to return again and opt. to drive to Walnut Creek instead.

Normally I never go to this chipotle, although in the previous times the service wasn’t as bad. Today when I went to order my bowl I was greeted with a rude worker (female teenager) who acted like I wasn’t worth her time. She talked to me in a rude manner and just acted like she didn’t want to serve me. Next, I went to pay at the register and the worker (another female teenager) didn’t ask if I would like other things so I nicely asked for a fountain drink - she gave me a rude look and aggressively canceled out my order on the keypad. Every time I go to this chipotle I am served by rude, impolite, and disrespectful workers. This is not acceptable and people like this should not get jobs where they have to interact with people if they lack basic human decency.

Terrible experience today with white rice 🍚 for my burrito plate! I got two orders and I swear rice was so salty I can’t even understand what possibly could have happened. I spent twenty something dollars and I got a disgusting extra extra salty rice. I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this place! Nikki, very unhappy customer

I have been to 20+ chipotle locations, for some reason this one is unreasonably sub-par. Service was poor, serving sizes were small, and there is just a general attitude from the staff “I don’t want to be here.”
Staff working today at lunch was rude, serving sizes were small, and the beans and veggies were undercooked. Overall the food and experience were very poor compared to other chipotles I’ve been to. I will not be back to this location.

Why do you only give me small portions? When I say I want guac, I want you to dump it on until I scream at you to stop. And when I ask for beans, I want beans not the bean water. And stop giving me the stale chips and the brown guac. And why was there one time when an employee put sour cream on my burrito when I asked for salsa. I’m very sad about all of this but I will still keep eating chipotle because I am the lord of the big backs.

Terrible service. The blonde guy working there is not helpful, but discriminatory and aggressive. All the other staff just seem to hate their job except maybe one or two. Don't even get me started on sanitation. Some had gloves on, some had one, and some worked bare handed.
