Cold Stone Creamery

This coldstone is pretty good. After eating at Don Hao, which is the best Chinese Food in the Bay Area and right next door, we ordered a Oreo inspired ice cream cake to go. It was $40 which is on the pricey side but it was so damn good! I ate like 4 servings which was a crap ton or calories but so worth it! 😉

I highly recommend this coldstone.

What’s the big difference between this shop and any other ice cream shop?
I came to get some ice cream for a friend and was totally disappointed. When the first opened, they would mix the ice cream on the cold slab and ask you if you wanted anything mixed in or any toppings added.
I ordered Mint Chip and watched the lady scoop the mint ice cream out of a container and place it in a to go cup, then she sprinkled a small amount of chocolate chips on top, placed a plastic lid on top and placed it in a plastic bag a charged me $8.50.
Very disappointing experience for which I will never return. I cannot believe anyone wastes their time going in there. Just go to Safeway or Lucky’s and buy a container of ice cream. At least the toppings are mixed throughout the container for 1/2 the price and you get a whole lot more.

While visiting Danville, California, I took my grandchildren to eat some ice cream. My son took all of us to Cold Stone Creamery. It is the best & popular place for eating ice cream. The quality is good, creamy and delicious. The toppings are plenty and superb. We had a really good time. For adults or children, if you are craving for ice cream, this is the place to go.

The customizable creations and mix-ins are a real treat. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick.

I am a regular customer at this establishment and have typically enjoyed great experiences. However, during my recent visit, the quality fell short.The staff member preparing my ice cream seemed distracted. Despite ordering a tub Which usually comes with a generous amount of toppings I received a scant portion of toppings, unmixed flavors, and a smaller portion of ice cream than usual. Despite my guidance, the service did not meet expectations for the nearly $20 cost.On a positive note, one of the staff members did notice an error and promptly rectified it. It is essential for young employees to learn the importance of attention to detail and performing their roles diligently, especially in a customer-facing environment like this one. After all, they did choose to work there.

Very accommodating and beautiful handwriting on the cake. But if you want the sheet cake, you need to order ahead. Barbie cake was sold out.

They specialize in big ice cream creations here, but you can also get a small amount. Prices are pretty low for all that you get.

Cold Stone Creamery are well known for their preparation of custom made ice creams on a frozen granite stone. They also serve cakes, smoothies, shakes and frappes. During our family shopping trip to Danville Livery Center, we enjoyed Chocolate with chips and coffee ice creams on their special waffles cones as well as their Freezer delicacies Dough-lightful Peanut Butter and Chocolate. The ice creams were yummy, we all including the kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

I heard from many friends that this shop has a good greeting and is warm to customers. Today I just finished hiking nearby, and the weather is warm, which is the best time to eat ice cream. So our family of three visited this store. During the period of covid 19, there were at least three families eating ice cream at the entrance of the store. I became more confident in this store. When I stepped into the store, I was warmly received. We bought 2 large cups, one for each The small cups are full of ice cream. Before leaving, he said thank you for your presence and support. This time I am very satisfied with the greeting of this store, and I am also happy that I chose the right store today, but unfortunately I was so happy to eat today that I forgot to take a picture of the ice cream as a proof. Was totally worth it!Everyone there was so nice and friendly. You do have to wear a mask and only 3 people are allowed inside at a time, but the owners and the young man working were extremely amazing to us. Sweet cream ice cream all the way! I will be back here again.
